I stopped in today and had a wonderful experience with the staff. I haven’t been inside and Erbert and Gerbert‘s since around 2007. The soup was absolutely awful. The sandwich possible I’d still prefer Subway. But the staff all smiles friendly amazing this review is definitely worthy of five stars. I also do not blame the staff for the quality of the food. Subway is hard to beat in the soup well it’s clearly extremely processed. I prefer Campbell Soup and I don’t eat Campbell’s soup over the soup I bought today.

Bought the $18 gigantic chicken wild rice soup at the WSP location, NOT 1 PIECE OF CHICKEN … Called the store, they checked, oh yes, there’s lots of chicken in the soup… just not 1 piece in mine. Response… gee, sorry, we’ll stir it up. Works great for the next customer, I’m left without… better luck next time.

Might be the worst sandwich I have ever had. Overloaded with ranch, was supposed to be turkey although I could not see or taste any turkey. Also they gave me a soggy nasty piece of bread with it, which they said is the center they cut out. why was it soggy and looked dirty. Only ate a few bites and threw the rest in the trash.

Extremely fast service, nice employees and good subs. Every time I’ve gone I order at the front and they literally have my sandwich ready in just 2-5 minutes depending on how busy there are. I’ve gotten something different every time and each time the order was made correctly. 10/10 would recommend.

Alright so I’ve tried this location twice now since it opened. Both times, the wild rice soup was a huge miss. The first time, there wasn’t even any rice in it and it was watery. The second, it seemed somewhat better until I bit into a solid carrot, indicating the soup may not be the proper temperature.

The sandwiches we ordered (pulled pork and ham and cheese) both were supposed to be hot were ice cold..we ordered in store and the only customers there. The employees and manager were more interested in talking to each other than make the food. plus on both sandwiches you could’nt even see the meat until you opened the bread..they were mostly a bread sandwich and meat and cheese were condiments..and with each sandwich cost close to $10 each I feel ripped off..will not be back nor recommend.

Maximo- A perfect combination of Giradinera and meat. The crunch and spice from the pickled vegetables compliments the beef perfectly. The bread held the juice very well, rounding out a great sandwich. First and hopefully not last visit.

The Girf is always on point as well as the Cheddar and Broccoli soup. The Wild Rice Soup is not good….also skip the Cuban. New store so they get a pass on a couple things until things get up and running.

Is expensive for what you get. $14 for a sub and cup of soup. That’s not even having a drink too. I miss old Erbs and Gerbs with sprouts

Beats Jimmy John’s even though it has a similar taste. Faster in the area and really great customer service. Would recommend.
