5 stars is for the one person holding it down today. Food was good despite all the pressure. To the store at large… give the employees that have to work alone pay raises bc seriously…. and ultimately fix the issues that made the store not fully staffed in the first place. The fact that it was good is a testament to your employees, not that the pressure of working alone is sustainable

This is my 4th time trying to get a gluten free sandwich from the Bloomington shop. Fortunately this time they still had gluten free bread available. Last time they ran out of tuna (Bornk) when I ordered. The time before that had to request they cut the sandwich in half – was told they ALWAYS cut sandwiches in half. So this time I ordered the Boney Billy on gluten free bread….. here’s what I received:

We ordered E & G’s for a catered lunch and were totally pleased with the whole process. Clara was attentive and helpful with making choices on what to order and how much to order. They were a little bit later than the expected delivery time, but they communicated beforehand that that was happening so we were able to make our own adjustments. The turkey and avocado sandwich BY FAR was the most popular item on the catering table. I also loved that they were able to help out with my GF/DF people and see that they were also well-fed.

Never received my food, my co-worker didn’t as well. Never received a call and nobody is answering when calling to check on it. Drove there and found a sign on the door saying they were closed. Don’t take my money if you aren’t open.
