Paid a lot for this Northern. Hardly anything on it at all. No peppers and onions as advertised. Manager took a look at that photo and said that’s just the way it comes and to not order it again if we were unhappy with it. They did offer a replacement sandwich, so I will leave a better service score. Don’t recommend this menu item at all, really should bump up the quality for the price.

This was my first experience with Erbert and Gerberts. I have heard good things about this place. It was late in the evening when we got our sandwiches. My northern sandwhich lacked flavor and was mushy. I ate it but was disappointed. I know things happen so I’ll be back to try again. Service was great and it was clean.

The staff were great and very fast at making the food and everyone was working together. The food was amazing. You choose from cleverly named subs with customizable toppings. Sides include soups and Mac and cheese, chips, and a drink. Each soup is hot and always tasting amazing. Open late at night and always worth a stop.

I’m a huge Erberts & Gerberts fan primarily because of their amazingly scrumptious gluten-free sandwiches! I also love their authentic Sour Cream & Onions chips. Excellent tortilla soup, a fun surprise! Great fountain drink choices. Clean, friendly, fast service. My one suggestion for this location is to try to be speedy about the timers/alarms. When we were dining in, buzzers were going off, must’ve been for fresh baked bread being done, and the alarms were a bit annoying. Still above and beyond excellent, 5+stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Got the neuron because I’m pregnant and can’t have cold meat sandwiches. I asked the cashier to make sure there was meat on my sandwich as last time there was hardly any. Cashier tells coworker about my sandwich request. Go back to work and this is what I get. Upsetting. Glad I got the meal so growing baby and I have soup to eat besides sandwich. Neuron meal is more expensive than other meals besides so it would be nice to get se actual brisket on the sandwich and not just sauce and macorni.

The staff are great and helpful! Good customer service and excellent food! I am from out of town and today was my first time trying this sandwich shop. I got the flash and the wonderful tomato soup, because there’s more to fall than pumpkin spice and I agree! I will definitely be back next time I come through town and look forward to seeing the different seasonal options! Also, the interior is well kept and clean.
