I used to love coming here for food but this will be my last time. I ordered no bacon on my sandwich since I haven’t ate bacon in 5 years- I ate half of the sandwich before I realized there was pieces of bacon in it… I recommend double checking the orders before making them especially for those who have meat concerns in this case I haven’t had red meat or pork in 5 years so this was very disappointing for me..

I never expected to open up my sandwich and have flashbacks to 7th grade lunch time. My $10 sandwich legitimately looked like something you’d expect from a elementary school. There was a couple of thin slices of meat, complete with a spatter of lettuce and barely enough sauce to consider it a topping (see photo). What a joke. Needless to say, this “full” sandwich did not fill me up. How can this franchise continue to operate with quality so low?!

This Erb’s & Gerb’s is located inside the Holiday Express gas station, and has a drive thru. The employees at this location are always very pleasant and helpful, even with my many adjustments and requests. Their full menu is available, along with many soup options which change daily. They do share a sodapop dispenser with Holiday which has a good variety of options, and they have a small dining area for guests to enjoy their meals in. There is also an outdoor seating area, for the less frigid months of the year . Located right on a walking path, near 2 parks, very convenient!

I ordered several colossus boxes for my son’s graduation party. They did a great job and the manager even called the day before just to recheck all info on my order to ensure it was done perfectly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I live in sartell and I go here a lot. I have never had a bad experience until 9/20/2020. I came around lunch time through the drive through and a young women took my order for the flash sandwich. I pulled up and paid. Then when I got home I opened my sandwich the the quality of it was horrible. It was smothered like they were struggling to cut it and it did not taste the best. Then later that night I went back with some friends to give it a second chance. I ordered $55 dollars worth of food. My order was not correct and the boys who were in there cared more about talking then focusing on the food being made. Little frustrating, I love to support our locals businesses. But I am just plain frustrated with this location. I tried to reach out via phone to just let a manager know. No one picks up.

I absolutely love this place. The “guts” are the best part of the sandwich! There was a mix up in my order and they were very quick to fix it and were apologetic as well. I also got a coupon for a free sandwich because it was such a big mistake but I also work in customer service and understand things happen. I was in no rush so didn’t mind waiting and left very satisfied.

1st time visiting this location. Staff was friendly and food was great. Order wasn’t completely accurate as sandwich was missing mayo. Also be aware that if you order turkey you will get smoked turkey. At least this particular sandwich didn’t say in the description that the turkey was smoked.
