Quick service from very nice, polite woman. The Ruben sandwich was good, not outstanding. The potato salad, on the other hand, was outstanding. Nice spot to pick up lunch during a wine tasting tour of the south valley.

The sandwich was good. I believe I had the natural high. The place was filthy. There wasn’t a single table that was clean. You could see everyone’s dirty handprints where they sat. The floors had trash all over it- I almost walked out. I was embarrassed for the owners.

I did an online order to pick up for a meeting at work. Erik’s did not include the salad dressing, so I had to return for it. I tried to call and no one answered. When I went back, I asked why no one was answering the phone (it was ringing) and they said they were slammed with online orders. Unfortunately, the lady that forgot to include my salad dressing was rude. The food is good, but I found the service lacking on this day.

This place is filthy. The floor had layers of dirt, the ceiling was leaking all over the floor with pools of cloudy water, the counters and every table were sticky, behind the cashier the cabinets were caked with black grime, so gross. The worker came outside with the food prep gloves on to throw something in the garbage then straight back in to food prep. The soup seemed suspect and ended up throwing away the food after seeing the state the place was in. Yuck.

The food is fantastic, sandwiches are delicious. Almost everyone in there is very nice and smiles all the time. This is the Tennant station. The Cochran station everybody there is super happy and friendly.

Why go to Togo’s or Subway when you can get something of much higher quality and much healthier for you, and is actually relatively cheap compared to other sandwich shops? Erik pioneered putting clover sprouts on his sandwiches for the added health benefits when he first started out decades ago, and was a bit bit of a pioneer in general. This commitment is seen and tasted in all of the ingredients they use to this day.
