Delicious food with a unique twist. All the sandwiches use sprouts instead of lettuce! Of course you can customize this, and throw in whatever customizations your heart desires, but even just the stock sandwiches are delicious!

We love Eric’s & have been coming for years. This visit was a big disappointment. The tomato bisque tasted like it was watered down. Not like the soup I have had in the past. Very thin, really not acceptable. I was excited to try the return of the “Barn Buster”! Unfortunately, it hardly had any meat on the sandwich at all! The whole meal felt like they are trying to stretch their resources and that they could not match the picture of the sandwich. Over all it was very disappointing! The meal , my husband’s sandwich also was very skimpy and looked like they had been told to hold back on the amounts. This has turned us off.

I was disappointed I ordered the mandarin salad and when I received it it was just plain oranges. If they did not have mandarin oranges it would have been nice to know I would not have ordered the salad.

This place was 5 stars – about ten years ago. When Erik’s deli had all the old timey decorations, wooden floors, and wooden wall hangings it was top notch. The service and food here was absolutely outstanding. Ever since Erik’s decided to remodel their stores with the cold, unwelcoming, impersonal blueprint that is in most of their locations Erik’s has gone downhill. When I walk in it feels like just another chain restaurant. Since the remodeling Erik’s has become increasingly “corporate”. Food is good, but I feel for the price there are better, more local sandwiches to choose from. Also they don’t give you pickles when you place an online order – what’s the point when your sandwich is literally wrapped in a paper that says “respect the pickle”? Only took us one time of that happening and calling back to have someone tell us “if you want the pickle with your order you have to request it”. So we wrote a special request online today when we ordered. Had my mother in law pick it up and bring it to our house. Guess what, no pickle! I called them back just to let them know and a lady told me “the pickles are in the bag, I put them in myself”. They’re not that’s why I’m calling. “Yes I put them in the bag myself, they’re in there”. The pickle is the last straw.

I want to like Erik’s.. I do. I love their sweet Liberty sandwich, I always ask for just a little bit of extra sweet hot mustard and it ends up being enough that it’s dripping off the sandwich.. today when I went in a young gentleman was working the counter and had incredible service.. the girl making the sandwiches on the other hand never turned around once while multiple customers came in, and was on a phone call on her cell phone the whole time.. this is the second time I’ve come in to employees just literally talking on their phones, which blows my mind! I even came into the store instead of mobile ordering in hopes that the little extra mustard wasn’t confused into dripping, but apparently it’s a losing battle also, see photo for “light sprouts” lol the nail in the coffin, when I looked in the bag, I didn’t get my pickle slice lol it’s a rough life

Okay I love the place. But the girl with the pimples has a serious attitude problem. As soon as I walked in, she just had her eyes rolled, smacking her gum. I was even being super polite. After every item I would ask, she would say “aight what else” with a deep exhale. Also the whole time she was putting my order, she was just gossiping with her friend. This girl just has major issues and needs to be fired

I had such an embarrassing moment when I came in for lunch with my co-workers, I was literally asked by the cashier to pay for my drink since I had asked for a cup for water and I added some squeezed lemons to my water. I was so upset but did not want to make it a big deal. My co workers said “I cant believe she actually had the nerve for $2 dollars, you are going to lose customers this way”. I was drinking water!!! We have been coming here for years and ordering food for our lunch meetings and could just not believe they had the nerve to come to our table just to ask me if was drinking water!!

Got my favorite soup and could not believe a pot of soup is literally a cup. Manager does not care even a little. Sad will not be doing this one again. Was told it should be 16 Oz measured this at 8. Rip off
