I normally never write a bad review but last night we ordered from Erma’s a wrap and chicken Caesar salad. There was hardly no chicken at all in the salad and what little chicken we did get was so chewy that we had to spit it out. It was very disappointing. I understand it was a Friday night and it was busy but you still have to take pride in what you serve. We will probably give them another try. Hopefully, it’s much better.

We moved to Erma six years ago, and loved Erma deli. Then about three years ago The food consistency changed. We had food that was Burnt and the pizza consistency changed from week to week.Tried going back tonight to try again after three years. The pizza crust was burnt and hard as a rock.

Always loved Erma Deli but have recently been disappointed a few times so felt I had to write a review. The phone call to place the order was extremely painful. I had to shout and repeat myself multiple times. Meatball Parm sub was very dry – barely any sauce. Cheeseburger platter was missing Cole slaw. (Paid $4 extra for that) Specifically asked for NO mushrooms in Erma cheesesteak special and were told there are none on there and guess what – loaded with mushrooms. French fry and onion ring order are about half the size they used to be. Please do better! This has always been one of our favorites. It was a large order so some things were correct – that’s the only reason for the 3 stars.

Dissapointed… outrageous price increases. I get it cost of every day items have increased, but seriously charging $2 extra per hoagie for pickles and peppers is outrageous! Do you put an entire pepper and pickle on there? I’ll bet the answer is no. For the cost of takeout we could have eaten out at a restaurant, got more, and paid the same. Also ordered BLT club, and we rcvd overpriced regular BLT. Sadly, will no longer be eating here. We have been eating here for years, but there other more reasonable good local eats around (including sit down places). We were just so outraged by our last order and it’s a shame. It should have never cost that much.
