Es-O-En runs the local Taco Bell restaurants on Eagle and Main Streets in Meridian. While the food itself is not a problem, the quality of service usually is. It’s not uncommon to wait 10-15 minutes for a meal depending on crowd. However it seems like the management is under-staffing too often during what should be high-volume days and hours of the week. Often the restaurant workers try to appease the delays by offering a little extra freebie when you have to wait. I will still go there, but I wish they would adequately staff in high-volume hours.
