Here at E’S we believe in a simple menu that is not over whelming to our customers. Our recipe originates from a small pizzeria out of West village New York. We take great pride in our ingredients as they are prepared fresh daily from the sauce, cheese, to the garnishes, Our signature pie is the Margherita Aka Nonna Maria. If you do not have room for a whole pie WE DO SELL BY THE SLICE! We look forward to giving the town of Southington, CT and the surrounding towns an unforgettable pizza experience.

The pizza is insanely good and the prices very reasonable. Definitely a hidden gem in CT. Id take this over Frank Pepe’s any day. The owner was very welcoming and friendly and takes pride in his product. Wish I lived closer so I could come here more often.

I was a little disappointed at the pizza here. I liked the staff. Really friendly people, smelled really good, but when it came down to it, it just didn’t hold up. Pizza was super dry, the bottom of the pizza was separating from the rest of the slice. The margarita pie was pretty good, and so was the meat lovers pizza. They use really good bacon here for their pies. The buffalo pizza was a huge flop. All my guests unfortunately agreed on the buffalo pizza. Not sure if I would come back here to eat. Still better then a lot of places around here though…. I miss New Haven.

This is a recent find and unfortunately a little far from home for takeout at almost 20 minutes but the pizza and calzones are delicious and my Wife loves the E’s salad. I wish they had a little bigger menu with Italian dishes to try but they specifically keep the number of items to a minimum with the main focus on the pizza. I did not rate the atmosphere category because it is really a takeout place with a half dozen or so seats at a bar along the wall. I consider Atmosphere more of a category for a sit down restaurant.
