Great brunch spot, especially on a sunny day because of the patio! We got the elote fritters for an appetizer, which had great flavor, especially with the sauce. The entrees were the perfect size for a meal and for a good price. The carne asada had good flavor and was very tender. We did have a quality issue with the burrito, but we brought this up to the waitress who apologized and handled this matter appropriately and professionally. The donuts are served warm with a cool inner filling. The service was great and it appeared as if the staff helped each other as there were numerous people on the patio tending to patrons. Would definitely recommend eating here!

Their queso with brisket is a really good chip dip to start. We had fajitas and flautas and the Mexican pizza. Everything was great and our server was super friendly and attentive. It has a very festive interior and a relaxing vibe about it.

This was my first time visiting and I loved it! The service was great and everything was clean and well maintained. I tried the queso, salsa, and the Tex Mex Pizza and they were all delicious!! The Tex Mex Pizza is just like the one at Taco Bell but with better flavor and ingredients! Don’t think I’ll ever be able to go back to the one at TB! I will definitely be returning.

We made a reservation and had to wait another 30 minutes to be sat. That was a bit frustrating. Everyone was incredibly friendly. Our server was amazing. Food was delicious, drinks were also yummy. Highly recommend!

Cuter than expected, not impressed as it seemed. Everything here is so tiny! Food is way overpriced for the portion. They had a lunch special menu which was cheaper, but they also made it such a small portion that it’s almost not worth it. Entry way was very cute and inside was fairly cuter than other tex mex restaurants but that was it.. still was a good try I guess.

Great new addition to the Dallas Tex-Mex dining scene. It’s pretty difficult to make a splash in a very crowded market, but Escondido definitely succeeds. The Fajitas were excellent with homemade tortillas and delicious guacamole, and the Salmon was on point. Service has definitely picked up here, and is now very smooth and efficient. One of the best Tex-Mex choices in town.

We went there with no reservations, Herbert our server was very informative, very attentive, we loved our food, I ordered the Mexican fried rice and texmex pizza, it was very good, my toddler and I enjoyed it very much, I highly recommend their frozen cocktails. Will definitely be back!
