I came to the soft opening the first day they opened and was very excited. I ordered the Salmon and Asparagus. The service was great and the food was very good. I returned about a week later excited to try the pizza because this was not an option during the first day of the soft open. I ordered a BYOP and got chicken and spinach added. I got the pizza to go. When I got home I opened my pizza and was very disappointed. It appeared the spinach had been forgotten about and just thrown on uncooked. I reached out to the restaurant via email and was assured that this was the way their pizza was in fact supposed to look and next time to make sure I told my waiter that I would like the spinach to be cooked. I am still on the fence about the response and about whether or not pizza is actually supposed to look like this. It has absolutely stopped me from going back.

We just had dinner (soft opening) at Est! Est! Est! this evening. Overall the experience was very nice. The service was great! We had the chicken parmesan, pizza diavola, and a gluten free, vegan BYO pizza. The regular pizza came out very hot as it should have using the fancy new brick oven. The gluten free came out barely warm as it was probably baked in a different oven first (remember soft opening) We got to meet the chef who is actually from Rome (a big plus for Dayton.)

Last evening was our first time and we LOVED it. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the service was great. Our waiter David was exceptional. Friendly, knowledgeable about the food and the food itself was wonderful. Portions were plentiful.

While new and not everything perfect, this is a delight of a restaurant with genuine Italian food. The pastas were fresh and the sauces were amazing. The short ribs could be cut with a fork and melt in your mouth. The wait staff worked as a team and were personable and seemed to care about our experience. The environment was fresh,

As a diabetic, I’m eating Keto, and Italian restaurants and pizza places are generally a salad and that’s it. They offer a cauliflower crust with their pizzas which is probably the best I’ve had.

We dined at the establishment during their soft opening. I can say the food was pretty good. I also tried the “Italian Wedge” which was amazing. The four cheese pizza that I ordered was underwhelming only because I feel the crust was not crispy. The waiter stated “they are still learning to use the oven”. My friend had the Fettuccine Alfredo and she said it was delicious. They were out of a good number of wines and beers. Overall, I think it was a good experience. I would return.

Came here for my birthday dinner with my parents and partner. Absolutely no intention of ever coming back. Completely devoid of ambiance. Overpriced, mediocre cocktails. Undercooked pasta. Ordered wine when dinner was served; our server did not return until the meal was finished to say that the wine was on its way. Manager came over to say that there was a holdup on the wine because the server wasn’t old enough to serve alcohol, which was an absurd excuse given that she brought us our first round of drinks without issue. No offer of dessert, but instead asked how we’d like to pay. I have helped open several restaurants, so I understand that wrinkles need ironed out for new establishments. However, here, it seems that the iron is broken.

Pasta dishes were all great, menu had good options but wasn’t overwhelming. Cannoli for dessert was perfect. Very cool space, looking forward to going back.
