Etsi’s cafe is definitely a hidden gem in Oradell. Her food is fresh and very delicious. She also has a wide selection of baked goods and custom cakes! I order many items for work and personal events. Her prices are very fair. Not to mention, she is such a kind soul!

Wow!!! Esti made my bridal shower cake this past weekend , and it was one of the most delicious, lightweight and beautiful cakes I’ve ever eaten! Even the icing was perfect and not too sweet. Esti is incredibly talented, and truly gifted at what she does.

This place is in a medical office, FYI. They have a big selection but it’s hard to know what you can order and how much it costs. Lots of little signs all over the place. Sometimes slow since there seems to be just one person running the place. The pastries are so-so.

Just ate lunch there. Very quiet on a Saturday since it’s in an office blog. Lovely lady who makes everything herself. We had a Turkey BLT wrap, chicken pesto panini and Greek salad- all very delicious! Simple fresh meal with great prices. But standouts are her pastries and cakes!!!

Esti’s is excellent! A sweet woman from Georgia (the country) with a passion for wholesome, homemade and healthy food. Her recipes are creative and delicious. Great breakfast and lunch options that can be customized upon request. The coffee is great too! Very well priced.

Even though this is in a medical building, the food is so worth it. As someone who is gluten free it is extremely difficult to find good gluten free desserts. The GF desserts that this cafe offers are the VERY BEST I have ever had. You have to go! Not to mention, the customer service is great and the ladies are so nice.
