The atmosphere was great and interior design was modern and well put together. Food was delicious . The manager or owner was welcoming and spoke with everyone. Everyone in our party enjoyed their food even the children. The dark samurai roll was our favorite!

Opening day was a lot of fun. We have watched ETC building out for many months and are very happy they have opened. The staff and owners were enormously welcoming and trained spot on. Everything gleamed and what was very subdued when the door opened became a lively hum as folks filed in.

ETC is definitely our new favorite sushi place! The drinks are amazing.. we both ordered the Hancho’s Wish and a bottle of sake- soo good! The food is delicious and tastes so fresh. Everything from the edamame with garlic to the rolls (Assassin and El Norco were just a few of our faves!) The fun atmosphere made it even better, with tvs around the bar, friendly staff, and the owners walking around making sure everything was going well. I’m already craving it all. We can’t wait to go back!

A new sushi place in Corona! Sushi & rolls are good. Service is spotty; tend to forget your entire order. The first few times I dined, they had no hot tea! Strange for a sushi place to not have hot tea!? Explanation was the tea machine is broken. Recently dined again and they had hot tea (obviously tea machine working). However, the tea was horrible! I was frank with the waiter and told him tea was very bad and they should not serve again until resolved. I have not been there since.
