This place is absolutely stunning. As soon as you walk in everything is adorned with beautiful flowers and hanging parasols. Truly just a magical feeling once you enter.

Went here today first time for brunch, and it was really lovely. Our server was wonderful and it was a cute and well decorated and very comfortable vibe. Made a reservation easily in advance.

The place is really nice atmosphere and service wise. We are not big fans of Mexican cuisine, bit decided to check it out. The food was good, but not great to our palate. Wine was good, cocktail – so-so. Other places from “Overthrow hospitality” chain got higher ranks in our list. But if you like Mexican food, go and check it out, it’s worth it.

This place exceeded expectations. The space is cozy with nice aesthetic touches to the decor that harkened to Mexico without leaning on visual cliche. Service was friendly and the server was ready with answers to our questions without trying to upsell.

As someone who identifies as a “carnivore” and rarely goes to vegan restaurants, I musf say that I was pleasantly surprised!

What an amazing experience – the loveliest barman Felix and his colleagues all made for a fun Saturday night. We had tasty food and cocktails that are classics with a twist – can highly recommend the retox! We discovered a genuine gem by chance. Thank you 🙂

One of my favorite vegan places in NYC. All gluten free too! I always get the nachos, and the zucchini tacos with a smoky barbecue flavor are amazing too! Cool, cozy interior and friendly staff, everyone I bring (all non-vegans) love the food here too.

Absolutely great vegan restaurant, we got the elote, tlayuda, and quesabirria tacos. The elote was some of the best I’ve had, the corn ribs perfect cooked with a drool-worthy green sauce over top, I cleaned them bone dry. The tlayuda was something I’ve never had before, but was equally delicious, a hint of spiciness with a healthy topping of guac. Unfortunately the quesabirria didn’t hit as well as the others, the tortillas were a bit soggy (I understand it’s quesabirria too and is dipped, but they should have been grilled a bit more just for some crisp rather than sogginess) and the sauce was more of a thick chipotle sauce rather than a soupy birria style, but still good. The jackfruit works well as the beef substitute but next time around I’d definitely get a different taco choice. Overall highly recommend for some of the city’s best Mexican vegan food!

Not a bad thing to say. Our server Tom was out of this world. He recommended a cocktail not on the menu that was so yummy. The nachos are mind blowing.
