Really enjoyed this place. Nice atmosphere. Great beer menu. Hot dogs, sausages, and fries were really good. Got the El Diablo, half smoked southerner, danger dog, pastrami fries, and chili cheese fries. I’d recommend all of them, except however, personal preference, the bacon jam was too sweat, so I’d probably not get the danger dog again.

Went to place on our way back from a hike at old rag. Didn’t expect a nice outdoor brewery area with games and great food. Went for just Eugene’s Sausages. We got three of the menu dogs. All three were great. Southern hospitality was one of them. We also got chili fries and the elote fries. Both of these were also amazing and the sauces they had were great. The spicy thousand island and cilantro garlic aioli. Would definitely return if in the area. Only complaint was the side was same price as hot dog. I figured fries would be a little cheaper for the size.

Eugene’s Sausage & Fries adjacent to Eavesdrop Brewery has delicious food. Sorry, we gobbled it all down before getting a photo of them. The garlic parmesan fries were deliciously crisp & the sausage was loaded with sauerkraut and other deliciousness! Perfect food to go with beer!

A little pricey, but wow what a shakeup from the usual rotation. These dogs are, simply put: unwieldy flavor bombs. Delicious, but again pricey for what they are, and there’s no indoor dining area which is unfortunate (unsure where the bathroom is, and you’re gonna need it to wash your hands). Apparently the outdoor area is dog friendly? Big plus. Lots of neat shops here, including the Eavesdrop brewery and the bottle store with a wide selection of niche beers -very cool if you’re looking for something new. Right on 28 so when you’re stuck in traffic (always) take a break and check this place out.

YUMMM! These hot dogs and sausages are so delicious! AND they have a vegetarian option (call ahead to make sure they are in stock, a few times I’ve gone and they haven’t had it). I got the El Diablo dog with Beyond Burger Sausage meat (vegetarian) and it was AMAZING! Had the right amount of spice (pic of bottom sausage). (Top photo is the Southern Dog). Highly recommend this place for not just the food but amazing atmosphere! Great place to go and relax. On weekends they have live bands and a few activities and games during the week. Dog and kid friendly!
