When I heard the pounding out of the meat after each order I was completely sold. If you want ridiculously fresh Bavarian food, this is the place to go! So excited to go back and try other things. The schnitzel sandwich was bomb!

Our schnitzel sandwich was hammered thin, breaded and fried at time of ordering. We herd it being done as we waited. I asked if that was what we heard coming out of the kitchen. She acknowledged saying if it’s pre prepared and sits , it’s not as good. Literally the best schnitzel I have ever eaten.

Food was good, we had the Goulash and it was a little too heavy on the paprika. The schnitzel was Fantastic, we could hear her pounding after we ordered it and tasted so good. We will definitely be back anytime we we go through Mountain Home.

Worth the drive. Wonderful restaurant. The owner is charming and you can hear her pounding schnitzel in the back the whole time. The food was authentic and excellent and she asked follow-up questions on the way out the door to see if we enjoyed the meal. Charming restaurant but the real gem is the lady who runs it.
