The food was delicious! My family had quesadillas, with pork, chorizo, or chicken. They were all muy delicioso! Especially the homemade corn tortillas! Mmmm! Service was excellent, friendly and quick. Will definitely be back!

Evas Taqueria is a Mexican food truck right off barger and echo hollow, this place has one heck of a chorizo taco… oh and their horchata is super tasty too. They have lots of parking availability and their customer service was really good. Menu has a lot of good options. This is a great place to stop for lunch during school, before going grocery shopping or just anytime In general! Only down side is they use Styrofoam to go containers for some items. Other than that they are great!

Ordered a pork burrito for my wife with no onion and asked to make sure nothing spicy on it. There were strong raw onions and Jalepenos which ruined it for her. I ate the rest and didn’t care for it. It was $12 for a burrito, which is 21% more than Burrito Amigos, which hasa full restaurant you can sit down in. Not sure why a food truck costs more than a restaurant. The people were nice but a waited 20 min for 1 burrito. I could have driven 4 minutes to Burrito Amigos and been home with my burrito faster. I won’t be back.

Okay, so I only bought 4 basic tacos, $3.00 a piece. They didn’t have any tamales, but I didn’t know they only do that on Fri & Sat(this review posted on a Wednesday). The tacos were kinda small and nothing special; not those crazy bomb street tacos that are overflowing with toppings.

Best taco truck I’ve had in Lane County. Spring the extra buck for the homemade tortillas. Definitely higher priced than the other taco trucks in town if you pay for the homemade tortilla, but well worth it! The portions were generous, and I came away from three tacos quite satisfied. The meats were perfectly seasoned and very well cooked.
