It is really disappointing for me to see all of the 3 or lower star reviews about Ever Green. The food here is delicious, and you will not find anywhere in the area with better price points than Ever Green. The food is always fresh, I get vegetable fried rice from here often, and the veggies are always so crisp, and have just the right amount of sear on them. The meat, especially general Tso’s chicken, is SO delicious, always tender, and I have yet to get any gristle pieces from here in any of the meat I’ve gotten. The workers are always working hard, and you can see how organized, efficient, and passionate they are in their kitchen right when you walk in to order, or to pick up your food. If you want Michelin star food, this is not your place. But if you want some delicious hot, fresh, made with LOVE Chinese takeout? This is the best place to go within the price point. They could honestly be charging more for many of their dishes. Classic takeout joint, comfortable atmosphere. Just a great place all around and very clean, one step inside and you see how serious they are about keeping things clean. Thanks Ever Green for all the stomach & heart warming meals <3

Never seen dumplings so light color or General Tso so vibrant! Flavors are non traditional compared to the food in my area, but chicken is good texture and dumplings are steamed just right, but unusual contents. I might not order these again but I would definitely give Ever Green another chance with other menu items.

Disgusting I got the shrimp Lorain with pork Fri rice and I got sick and I just take a couple bites thank God so I star to get in the food really close and you don’t wanna know what I found .. so all I can say about it I was lucky I didn’t finish the whole thing and the wors part is the I pay to get my self sick and maybe worse thank good ..

We keep giving this place a chance but I have noticed when we order extra shrimp they charge us but only give extra onions to take the place the shrimp fried rice had so much onions it filled up half the Container and our egg foo young the same way only four shrimp per patty stop getting over on the customers we will have to find a new weekly store

I like that they deliver but they can work on the quality of food they provide. I ordered chicken and broccoli in garlic sauce with chicken fried rice, chicken chow mein, and chicken wings with plain fried rice. It was all mediocre. The chicken and broccoli was not made in true garlic sauce with rich garlic flavor and hot/spicy red pepper. It was weak, i cant even compare it to any sauce ive had. The chicken fried rice did not have real chicken, it was some slimy mess that they tried to pass off as chicken. The woman explained to me that their chow mein was not noodles, it was cabbage and onions, I told her I wanted to try it anyway. That was a mistake on my part, the vegetables were overcooked and they used the same wannabe chicken that they used in the chicken fried rice, it lacked flavor and the sauce was slime. The fried chicken wings were decent and the plain fried rice was edible. I was raised in queens, New York. Those are the standards and flavors I look for when I order Chinese food. This place was not it. I’ve only found one restaurant in Delaware that does it like my New York one does. It’s in Newark off 896. It’s far from my house so I decided to give this place a try. I will not do this again. Someone else will have to let me know they’ve gotten better before I order from here again.

First time ordering from this place. For the most part no complaints except for the Pu Pu player for two. The whole order left a lot to be desired. Everything was dried out and overcooked to the point of being inedible. The balance of my order was acceptable. Delivery time was good .

I just got off the phone with a lady to and I asked her how much something was and she told me the price. I commenced to check my bank account to see how much I had so I can order and she lied to me and said that they close at 10:30(it was 10:26) but on the website it said closes at 11 pm opens at 12 am…then she hangs up on me. Bad service. I didn’t even get her name to file a complaint
