I didn’t know about this restaurant until a friend of mine suggested we meet there for lunch. This restaurant is new (it used to be a Mexican restaurant). I enjoyed everything this place had to offer. The service was extremely friendly, fast and attentive. The atmosphere was very nice and relaxing.

I can’t believe I’ve lived in firestone for years and never tried this place! First time I’ve had it and had takeout. Any restaurant food can be tough Togo as the portions seems smaller but not here! I was pleasantly surprised by how much food I got along with rice and sauce for my samosas. I got the chicken tikka masala, meat samosas, and garlic nan. It was delicious and now I don’t have to drive far for my Indian food cravings! When I went to pick it up they were friendly and they even gave me a free side of rice pudding which was AMAZING. Didn’t get a chance to take a pic of the masala as I ate it way too fast. Will be back!!

Incredible! We were seated almost right away. Restaurant was very clean and the staff was kind and generous bringing us free appetizers to try. The food was wonderful and great portion sizes. Only suggestion would be ordering medium or hot spice if you’re an avid ethnic food eater – otherwise it may be a little bland. We will be back!

So happy to have a Indian option so close now! Great selection of menu items. The naan was so flaky on the inside and crisp on the outside. I had the lamb masala medium spice. It was a good amount of heat that just built on itself. Served with plenty or rice and sauce. We were given some complimentary rice pudding for desert. It had almonds and some yummy spices.

Finally a great place for vegetarians in the Carbon Valley. Lots of choices, tasty food and good service. The vegetable Momos are pretty good. They were also very accommodating for my spouse’s food allergy.

Not bad Indian food, and I would eat there again. The wait staff were polite. The atmosphere, and name, were reused from the Maya Cantina Mexican grill. Which is a little weird for Indian food, but I’m glad they reused all of the tables and chairs and prevented waste. The mixed grill, pictured, was delicious and came out sizzling like a fajita. Worth a try!

My wife and I enjoyed dinner during a soft opening on Valentines day. This place did not disappoint. The staff were very friendly and attentive. All the food we ordered was excellent (with the exception of the Chicken Pakora appetizer.) It was tasty but underwhelming. There were some small hiccups that I’m sure will be ironed out (reason for soft openings) so I’m keeping the review at 5 stars. I’m looking forward to working my through the rest of the menu! Items ordered: Chicken Pakora, Aalu Paratha, Lamb Mughlai, Everest Mix Grill.

I had heard great things about this place, and the reviews were correct. The food was the best Indian/Napalese I’ve had in this area. I had the fish and shrimp tandoori and garlic naan and both were full of flavor and delicious. They even included a small cup of rice pudding for dessert and a piece of fried bread with chutneys gratis. The service was excellent and the music was calming and low key. I will definitely return to try more things on the menu.
