I hardly ever eat an entire meal in one sitting. I will take home a portion to enjoy later. At Eve’s Eatery, I ate and scraped my plate clean. Beautifully presented and deliciously cooked, I want to try more dishes. Service is done with a smile and zero attitude. Definitely recommend this as your go-to breakfast and lunch restaurant.

Eave’s eatery opened in January of 2022. It’s a breakfast and lunch dine in restaurant. The decor and ambience is very pleasant and enjoyable. The menu is familiar as an American style diner. My food was very good. My waitress was responsive, friendly and polite. They are noting they are still understaffed and to be patient. At my visit today around 11:00 a.m. everything ran smoothly. I would heartily recommend you visit this new restaurant in Carson City.

Cute and adorable restaurant with a wonderful ambiance. Love the fact they have a sign to notify customers on training of staff and or being short staffed as soon as you walk in. I had the banana fosters pancakes and my hubby had the gravy and biscuits. Server was knowledgeable and friendly. Great fresh food with flavor. Just wish slightly bigger portions but still delicious. Will be returning to try their mimosa bongs and lunch menu. Cant wait to try out their take home pasta made fresh with all kinds of sauces and toppings.

We have been to Eve’s before and even had them do a couple of catering events-and had good food and service, so for my birthday thought it would be a great place for lunch (and we understand the wait time for food) but after waiting 45 minutes for food, my tacos were barely warm. That being said the other two in my party’s food was hot, so I wish they would have waited to plate my food until all of food was ready (I did see my plate sitting under the warming lights for quite awhile)…..The only thing they said when I mentioned it, was they were sorry and could remake the food, which was not an option as I had to get back to work and did not have another 45 minutes to wait. Hopefully their customer service will get better….not sure I will be recommending them for additional catering work.
