Wow! What an amazing experience. The options here are super healthy and are so delicious. The monkey bowel has been my favorite so far but the protein shakes are delicious and very creative with many fun flavors that make you forget your eating something healthy. The Customer service was great and service was beyond fast!! I will define keep coming back

I got a sunset bowl (strawberry mango), and my friend got a blueberry cheesecake smoothie. The bowl was good. At first, i thought all the topping were on top, but there were some at the bottom. my friend’s blueberry cheesecake shake tasted neither like blueberry or cheesecake, though. It wasn’t bad from what i tasted, but she didn’t like it the more she drank. They also wrote this cute message on the drink. The place is cute. We were there for about 2 hours to study. There were no outlets, but the worker there said she could unplug some of the signs on the walls if needed. The chairs have no back, as you can see in the pictures. It is a nice study place until someone else comes in and orders cause the blender machines are loud.

If you are looking for a healthy snack or treat this is the place to go too. There are so many healthy options, they’re delicious, & contain so many nutrients & protein. I love going here to start my day with a healthy breakfast or lunch. The owner is the sweetest woman ever. I definitely recommend going here there are so many sweet but healthy options to choose from. Personally my favorite is the protein waffles or protein oats. Evolve nutrition is definitely 10/10 in my book. Would recommend to others to go!!!!

Stopped here for a morning protein shake since I didn’t feel like cooking breakfast. Ordered a peanut butter chocolate protein shake and it was delicious! The owner, Cristina, is really nice too. This was my first time here and I definitely plan on coming back and trying more menu options. I love supporting small businesses in the DG community – happy to find this gem to add to my list of local go-to spots.

I am obsessed with this place ! I love everything I’ve ever ordered! My go to is the detox smoothie and my boyfriend loves the pb coco banana smoothie! I love that I can text Christina and ask her to have my order ready on my way to work.. it makes it so easy in the morning! She’s very knowledgeable and friendly and her smoothies have been helping my gut health! You must stop what you’re doing and go here !!

First time at Evolve Nutrition. Stopped in to try the loaded teas and they did not disappoint. We got the Immunity Orange and Cucumber Watermelon, both tasted GREAT! The owner was also super nice. Can’t wait to come back to try more tea flavors and the shakes!

Christina is so kind and knowledgable as well as the rest of the staff! The protein shakes are so good. They taste just like their flavors, look just like the pictures online and don’t taste like just straight up protein powder! The shop is always so clean.

First and foremost, Cristina is the best! She makes you feel comfortable during your stay by having a friendly and great conversation while you wait for you drink, food, or both. At Evolve, I love their oats, waffles, Chocobanana shake, and Jellybean tea (both hot and cold). Their Tropical tea is good too, but I only have this list because I haven’t tried the rest. Check them out! Go!

So I’ve yet to go here, me and my wife are going to start going here on regular lunch dates to get and try their amazing shakes, but just talking to them on Instagram and supporting them, and us going through hard time, they gave us a 20% coupon off our first visit. We can’t wait to try their shakes and detox program as well. Me and my wife are incredibly excited to finally come here this weekend. Will update more.
