I’m so disappointed in the customer service I received with this restaurant. I have my spot that I always go to and loyal to but decided to give this restaurant a try the food is good but the customer service is horrible. The first time ordering we ordered for delivery and directly from their website so they delivery guy (from restaurant ) was very rude when dropping off food. So 2nd time came around and same person ( I believe must be a worker/co owner of restaurant) dropped off food and had the nerve to ask for more tip (keep in mind tip was added when ordering) when we ordered $63 worth of food and it states free delivery with $20 minimum purchase. He said because gas is too high and rude while asking for more $ and also keep in mind the restaurant is less than 10 mins away. WOW shocking . Last time our company will order from here.

Rude staff and horrible food. Probably should have guessed that by how empty the restaurant was. The middle-aged lady at the desk has a very bad attitude and the people working in the kitchen don’t seem to be the most hygienic people!

I would love to be able to say this place has average, good or even excellent food. However, I cannot do so yet as it has now been over an hour since I placed the order on Postmates. I feel bad for the driver. He has been sitting at the restaurant for over 25 minutes waiting on the restaurant to complete it. I specifically ordered from this location as I had a meeting that was 2 hours from the time I ordered and was hoping I could be finished eating in time. Needless to say the meeting is starting in 4 minutes and my driver is still waiting on the food. NEVER AGAIN!!! POOR POOR POOR SERVICE and no concern from them at all…..TOO BAD WE’RE BUSY!!! LOL

I had a great experience with Exotic Thai. The Chicken Satay with the peanut sauce was very tasty, I really enjoyed it. Their team took the time to answer all the questions I had when I reached out to them directly about their offerings and helped me decide on what to get. Their delivery on GrubHub was flawless, fast, and the driver was professional and friendly. I encourage everyone to check this place out and ask them about the best dishes they have as well.
