My first time here and me and my girlfriend ordered the family special. It was excellent. The fish and chicken were served hot. The fried okra was and the French fries and biscuits were good. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes fish and chicken. We’ll definitely be coming back.

When they have your order correct the food is great. The amount of food you get for the prices they charge can be ridiculous sometimes though. Their site states that the deliver, but that’s rare. Food takes 30-45 minutes to deliver IF they do deliver that day and it’s usually cold when you get it. A young girl is typically the one that takes orders over the phone and they’re almost always incorrect in some way. So moral of the story is order in store, double-triple check your order, and wait 10-15 minutes for your food so it’s hot.

I’m from Atlanta and used to having good seafood places. The prices seemed decent so I ordered Tilapia. To my surprise the pieces were teeny tiny and over fried. I miss Atlanta seafood spots…smh. They charge by the weight so you don’t get ripped off. Instead you get nice big pieces.

The food was hot and seasoned well. I liked it. However, I called about 20 mins, if not more, ahead. My food still wasn’t ready when I arrived. I ended up waiting about 10 more mins. Luckily, I wasn’t in a hurry. That is the only reason they did not receive 5 stars.

Food safety issues, beware! My fish was undercooked (translucent and rubbery). When I showed the young lady at the counter this food safey issue she offered to make me more fish. I was on a time schedule and asked for a refund which was denied. I was then told that it makes no sense that the food would be undercooked because the food is cooked on a timer (like oil temps and other factors can not effect cooking). While looking at the undercooked fish that was not white or flakey and was hard to pull apart she said it was cooked, even though she just offered to make me more fish because it was undercooked. I received terrible customer service and will never order from express seafood again.

Good food but by far the worst customer service. Take your money elsewhere they don’t deserve it! Especially the young girl that works the attitude very rude, never polite and always debates with you when u bring up something that is incorrect. If I could give 0 stars I would, because customer service is everything.

Hours say closing at 10 p.m. was told they actually close at 9p.m. Called ahead to place order, was told it’d be done in 15mins. Got a phone call at 9:20 asking where I was, said I was 2 mins away. Get to the restaurant food still not done until 9:33 p.m. Not one customer in restaurant. Poor customer service and didn’t provide drinks meal comes with.
