We let our car pick dinner tonight and have now added a restaurant to our dinner options. Both my husband and I grew up with Peruvian chicken spots local to us and this was such a comfort meal. Food was delicious and perfectly seasoned and cooked. The horchata was the best I’ve had in town and honestly probably better than the one I make at home. Staff was super patient and friendly with us. We look forward to bringing our family in their next visit.

I discovered this spot thanks to SkyMiles Dining and was very impressed. The flavors and scents of this restaurant are enough to make anyone hungry. The roasted chicken is delicious, as are the sides such as the amazing chicken soup. Staff is friendly and service is fast. The food is freshly prepared and there is a wonderful atmosphere with Latin music playing. The patio is great to enjoy lunch or dinner with a beer and some ambience. Highly recommended and one of my favorite restaurants in the Fayetteville area.

First time here. I’m not very impressed considering how I’ve heard only good reviews from others. When we walked in, we were greeted, which was nice. But I said this is our first time here. And instead of pointing us to the menu, the order taker tried telling us everything they offer. It was hard to hear him over the music and background noise… some machines running or something. So I proceeded to try to find the menu. Had to back up to the front door. The food was okay. I was expecting something savory, but it was average rotisserie chicken. I was given my food right away, but others in my party ordered the daily special (taco tuesday). I was almost half done with my food by the time theirs was brought out. It would have made more sense to bring to the table all at once. I had to search for where to get the silverwear, which is by the soft drinks. It would have been nice if the staff said something about where to find things. But they must expect customers to have already been here. I’ll come again when ready to spend more than I should for what I get. But for the price, I’m not overly impressed.

And this is by far the best rotisserie chicken I had in a long time! I ordered the Pollo Saltado plate and it came in exactly as described. Tender chicken breast, grilled veggies, Extremely delicious, will go back for more.

Fabe’s is a great spot to get fire roasted chicken in Fayetteville. The food is fresh and delicious with great flavors. The atmosphere is uplifting and beautiful. A great place to dine in with friends and family or get a family deal to take home. Clean and friendly service.

This is a Hidden Gem of Fayetteville. It is a must stop place to get something to eat. Very authentic, they can get very busy at times. Try there homemade sauces. Definitely unique and different from traditional restaurants in a good way. Would love to see more items on the menu, however it is excellent just the way it is.

First and last time. It was not a very friendly place. Employees were more interested in having conversations with each other than assist people. The food was not warm. It feels more like a self serve place than a restaurant. I do NOT recommend it. Better places in Fayetteville.

First time here and well worth it! Never had a chicken breast come out so tender and juicy. Deliciously seasoned black beans and the two different dipping sauces they have are great, the green one is a little spicy and yellow is like a mustard type. Will definitely be back! Customer service is also awesome!
