This place would get more stars if it would let me. It’s a small but decorated to take you to Japan. Staff is super friendly. The sushi melts in your mouth, which is how fresh sushi should be. Everything we had all the flavors on point. Nothing was over seasoned or under seasoned and fresh. This is definitely one of my favorite Japanese places in the area. “itadakimasu”!

Update: still THE best hole in the wall sushi joint. Actually, its the best sushi I’ve ever had, anywhere. The sushi quality is tops! Their cheff is a true artist. And the staff is always so accomidating and welcoming to locals! The samurai will blow your mind!

I can’t believe I’ve been living in this area for over 3 years and I’ve just made it here now! The food, service and atmosphere are outstanding. The tuna salad in the bento box was amazing and the chicken katsu and the hangover roll were delicious. I just found my new go to Japanese restaurant.

Had lunch at this quaint sushi restaurant, started with Curry Puff, which is a blend of carrots potatoes and curry. Enjoyed several rolls also. Highly recommend the Jack Sparrow & Volcano for those who enjoy salmon. The classical music created a lrelaxed atmosphere

A hidden local gem for those who like authentic asian food, precisely Thai & Japanese. Great menu, very reasonable prices and friendly staff. Expect a little slow service but if not in a hurry its worth the wait. Highly recommend!

The people seem very nice and pleasant. The place is small and homey. We liked the pork goyza and the potato curry puffs. The large pot of Thai udon soup was really good and large enough for 4 people to eat. That came also with tempura, really delicious. The sushi rolls were just average and in the dry side especially the volcano. But the worst part was that we had this large party, family of 7 right next to us. They were so loud and very inconsiderate of us sitting at the next table. I couldn’t help but overhear every single thing they shouted. I can tell you all of their lives story. Couldn’t wait to just finish our meal and leave.
