There is plenty of space the food was excellent the service was fabulous however a cat fight broke out while I was there. Security was quick and eliminated the situation. I didn’t feel unsafe because security scanned and check this at the door. I gave her four on atmosphere because after the fight I was ready to go and we did leave. I was disappointed but I will probably come back at another time the food was excellent in the service was great. The drinks were strong and a good price.

The door man was rude and let my purse drop on the ground while trying to check it, then blamed it on me. Overpriced to get in just to have to pay for horrible customer service and drinks that weren’t even filled properly in my cup. The food took over an hour to get because we could never find our waitress and when we did she stated someone else was bringing our food. They forgot to give us our food actually and we had to ask for our credit card back as well! I mean come on! And the food was mediocre… at least the wings. Maybe because they were sitting on the counter all night before receiving them. Please do better with who you hire. The workers have horrible attitudes and service. Get it together guys.

Food was good but service was horrible. Our waiter Panky had a bad attitude, was slow and when we asked her to give us a eta on out food, she gave a smart comment. It took an hour for our food to come out and our waiter never came to check on us. But overall the atmosphere is great but bad customer service.

The atmosphere was perfect but the servers were confused and not knowledgeable about what they did or did not have available as far as food goes. I ordered the lobster fries and 45 minutes later the waitress came to tell us that they don’t have any fries…I was baffled and upset. Other than the food problems it’s a nice location I just will eat before going. They are a little expensive too

Poor service. I ordered my carry-out order at 7:20. I was told it would be 40 minutes. I got there at 8:20. Not a single soul greeted me. I watched 5 waitresses loiter at the bar. I asked for help. No one could tell me what was going on with my food. I finally left. They called me back at 9:18 to tell me that my food was ready. It’s a shame because the menu looks great!
