This has been my go to for some years. YESTERDAY WAS MY last day ordering from them. Ordered a large bbq cheese pizza and it was left on the ground instead of placing it on the chair. It was cockroaches and ants inside of the box. The owner/ manager said he would deliver another pizza which was over $20.00. NEVER delivered th pizza called this morning and the manager for June 4th 2023 answer and told me I could order another pizza and he would give a discount basically told me I was lying about the whole situation. Bottom line the conversation went in circles, I finally told him F it, this is bad business and for me to have been ordering from them for over 10years I would NEVER order from this pizza store again. Could have just left it on the chair not the ground with open spaces.

TERRIBLE service and terrible food. Of all of the pizza places in Philly, Fairmount Pizza and Grill is by far the WORST. The manager had a disgusting attitude and took zero accountability for the error that was made on my order. The food certainly was not worth the horrible energy and negativity I had to endure from them and I will never recommend their restaurant to anyone. If you’re looking for good pizza, save your time, money and taste buds and check out Luigi’s Pizza Fresca on Fairmount Ave instead!

This is the classic Philly corner pizza shop experience. Eat here if you want the type of cheese steak locals eat. Good food at reasonable prices. There is a great selection of slices. I recommend the burgers, pizza, cheese steaks, sandwiches and the best grilled chicken Caesar salads ever.

I ordered a chicken cheese steak with honey mustard and it had ketchup. Honest mistake but this restaurant wanted me to bring it back when I called them and told them about the problem. I said I would send a picture, I’m not coming back late at night for THEIR mistake. The girl who answered put some man on the phone that basically said “Too bad. Not going to fix it!” The receipt says HONEY MUSTARD. I’m cool not EVER going back.

Ordered a cheese steak, gingerale and two beers for DELIVERY. They stated the waiting time would be 45 minutes to an hour. An hour and 15 minutes later my order is delivered incomplete! My cheese steak is cold and they forgot the Beer. I had to call them so they can deliver the beer. One hour later here comes the beer.

Feb 2021 – Update to my previous review. I ordered at 6:30pm on a Friday night and picked it up after 15-20 min. It was cold and gross. It seemed like they just gave out a pizza that had been sitting around all day. How is a pizza cold if it was “made” 20 min ago? Can’t even eat it. Drastically different from my last order.
