The lack of help due to the way the world is nowadays has really handcuffed this restaurant. We’ve had both brunch and lunch here and the food has been very good and priced just right. The staff was friendly but definitely overwhelmed at times. This place needs some more staff to help out the ones that are busting their rear end day in and day out. This is a great small business that you don’t mind waiting for a table and spending your hard earned money at.

This place is the most welcoming restaurant that I have ever been to. Michelle and her staff have been nothing but pleasant and accommodating to all of our needs.

This place is wonderful. Service and employees are great and they go the extra mile to make you feel at home. Yes sometimes it can take a little longer to get food but they explain that upfront since it is so hard to get people to work now a days. Home cooking does not come out of a can. They make each order fresh from the kitchen and is worth the wait. Don’t listen to complainers, just come in and try for yourself,,you won’t be sorry.

My wife and daughter went in for the first time this evening, because my daughter heard the desserts from here were good, so she wanted to get something. A woman came out and askes of they were eating in or taking out. She said she was the only one cooking. My wife said it was their first time visiting, and wanted to get a dessert. She said, “You can look at the desserts in the case, but don’t touch. Rude employee (owner?). The desserts looked bad, so they left. We will not be back.

I applied at this job months before “opening” for a head chef position and I should’ve known then it was too good to be true. Weeks turned into months for an opening date but I still held out for hope. I went in on my days off my other job and spent time away from my family in hopes of getting this place open and for me to achieve a dream job of mine. I should’ve seen the red flags from the start. The owner made me and a few others do manual labor for her for weeks for her to barely pay us a weeks salary. What really did it for me was when my girlfriend was in the emergency room for a near fatal tooth infection that spread and she told me to leave her at the ER and come help her move stuff out of her storage unit. She yelled at me over the phone loud enough that my girlfriend heard it on the way to the hospital!! I found that to be very selfish and heartless seeing as it was a dire emergency. I held out for this business since day one and was totally used for my kindness and willingness to help grow this place only to be left at a job that was underpaying me and barely giving me hours in hopes of eventually opening this place up and working here. I struggled for months because of this establishment all on false hope. I won’t show my face in this place even if ya paid me to. Apparently I dodged a bullet because reading other reviews it seems like this is a trend. Very sad.

Lol garbage food and garbage owners. Hired my friend for a head chef, then completely ignored him. Went in to get food and service was horrible, how many restaurants are you gonna open to fail? The community doesn’t like you. Shut this establishment down since you can’t be honest.

Very unprofessional to their employees. “Short staffed” practice better business. There are other wonderful local restaurants in Hanover to check out that treat their employees with dignity

Today we had lunch at Faith & Willow in south Hanover, PA. It’s a new restaurant at 1015 Baltimore Street, in the same strip mall as Ollie’s and Goodwill. We had potato skins, Casesar salad, and chicken tenders. Delicious and filling! Staff was welcoming, attentive, and friendly. Highly recommend.

Went for breakfast today. I am all for supporting new business, but this was pretty bad. The entire experience was not good. Hopefully it will get better. But as of now we will not return.
