First time trying this restaurant and had our food delivered. We ordered a Falafel California Wrap and a “Buy 1 Get 1” Beef Shawarma wrap special. The Falafel California wrap was just massive in size and full of yummy goodness. The Beef Shawarma wrap was noticeably smaller than the Falafel California wrap but maybe it was because they were on special – I’m not sure. Even though it was smaller it packed a flavorful beef and wonderfully diced vegetables inside. The beef was so juicy and delicious. And the best part? I have one left over for tomorrow! We will definitely be ordering from Falafel California again.

I hate how this place is so underrated because this is probably the best Shawarma I’ve ever had in California. I mean I go to El Cajon often and I Middle Eastern myself. But I can tell you that their quality is so good. Their beef is so juicy it’s crazy. I most definitely love ordering from them. Their quality is amazing and their sauces. Pretty good but most definitely the beef Shawarma and their chicken Shawarma are fire!

5 stars! The beef shawarma and tahini sauce are better than any other I’ve had in cali. The only recommendation i have is to put less onions on the shawarma wraps! Or using less potent onions . i usually ask for light onions, but new customers might get deterred because of strong onions

Great customer service. Food takes a little long for it to come out but good things take awhile so it wasn’t an issue and they are generous with their portions. If you’re coming for a quick lunch break, it’s best to order ahead of time. Paid about $16 for a plate.
