We just ate here and the food is top notch! We ordered the chicken & lamb rice plate and falafel wrap; both were delicious. The lamb is cooked just right and moist. The sauces are superb and add a nice flavor to the food. Will definitely be going back

I saw that Falafel Express was rated quite highly for its Middle East cuisine. It took me a bit to realize that the store was in a small plaza near the Starbucks in Latham. Although they don’t open until 11:00AM, the friendly staff took my order for a small plate of falafel to go. Once home, I enjoyed this delicious, crispy meal for lunch and the next day’s dinner. My mission lately has been to try various falafel and assorted Middle East cuisine in my area (there’s quite a few). This restaurant’s falafel is in my top 2 favorites right now. I’m enjoying this particular journey, lol. I almost forgot that you get 2 sauces with the meal and both are delicious. One of them is creamy & spicy; the other one is tzatziki.

Had an awesome lunch outing today. Chicken topped salad had great amount of chicken chunks, falafel side was both crispy and moist. A nice container of hummus with pitas gave me enough to bring some home. Sadly I do not work or live in close proximity….so many good choices at Galleria 7!

Ahmed the owner is so incredibly friendly and accommodating, he and his staff are careful and attentive when handing my gluten AND dairy free order. They offer plenty of options and their Falafel is by far THE BEST in the entire Upstate NY Capital Region. Definitely worth a visit.
