A good, inexpensive lunch. The Falafel Sandwich Combo, which includes fries and drink, is only $10, which is a real bargain. It was uncomfortably hot inside. Most people did takeout.

I bought a chicken and rice bowl, which was a steal at $8. It was absolutely delicious! I was not expecting it to be as good as it did. Everything tasted fresh, the chicken was well seasoned and moist, and the sauces just kicked it up even more. I enjoyed it so much that after finishing my bowl, I immediately went back around to go buy another for my spouse to try. Can’t wait to be back in the area for another bowl.

I was beyond excited to try Falafel Inc. for the first time. Result….absolutely disappointed. My falafel sandwich included a pita that was very doughy and tasteless. The best thing about the bread, it was toasted. I give it a one star for the okay tasting falafels. The fries were covered in wayyyyyyy too much herb seasoning. Customer service was below sub par. The cashier immediately started surfing the web after waiting on me, and the food prepper casually ate from the food bins in front of me while surfing her phone as well. Lastly, it was unpleasantly hot inside on an 90 degree day in Alexandria. First time..last time!

The falafel pita is fresh, exploding with flavor, and 1980’s cheap! I’m not vegan, but the meatless shawarma could (almost) persuade anymeat lover. No frills, delicious food. Too good to be true!

Great place I usually go to the d.c location. Unfortunately when I ordered hummus in my sandwich. Pretty disappointing because I got the food a half hour b4 close. But it’s never fun paying for something & then not getting it. Nonetheless good was amazing & enjoyed my meal

Great food, cheap prices – like less than McDs combo. Big salad bowl with falafel, amazing fries (coated in seasoning!) and a drink for about $10 bucks. Best falafel I’ve had, served piping hot and fresh made for our order. Absolutely coming back!

The food is really good. I ordered a falafel sandwich and Zaatar fries. I loved both and they were tasty. Healthy cheap option.

I don’t understand the hype about this place. I had high expectations for them after reading all the good reviews, but the experience turned out to be pretty bad. I ordered a falafel sandwich, a falafel bowl, and two fries. All the falafels were very dry. The bowl had lots of spinaches and they were soggy. The fries were super salty and bitter that I couldn’t finish them so I brought them home thinking I shouldn’t waste food, but every attempt to finish them was a failure because of the extra salty bitter taste. Finally I made them into mashed potatoes to see if it would help, only to end up with a huge bowl of super salty and bitter mashed potatoes.
