the best place for shawarma and gyros that i’ve found in minneapolis/surrounding areas so far. they’ve managed to make their food flavorful while keeping the freshness of mediterranean food that just isn’t found in the States anymore because of all the grease that’s used most places. the rice is moist, the meat is marinated and flavorful, the veggies are crisp, the portions are great, and no one has mentioned the mediterranean lemonade, but it’s got a perfect amount of mint that makes it SO refreshing. i’d highly recommend this place any day!!

Absolutely must visit. When I was younger my only expereince with them was their booth at the State Fair, the food was amazing and although they had a locayion in south minneapolis where I grew up, I never did visit but alway wanted to so we drove past this location and had to try. It briught back memories and the food is amazing. The hummus is so smooth and perfect. They have fresh pita chips, humus and fresh hot sauce (which wasnt super hot) for sample. The staff was super friendly, knowledge and welcoming. It was the owner’s son and a female working the counter. Our meals were amazing. The balklava was great. This is a great location and will be a go to for us. The one note is the parking lot is very busy, people are always flying in and out, from the other two busy places of chipolte and jimmy johns. Handicap paroing is limited and the wgole beughborhood is full of lots of crazy driving maneuvers so if you arent from the area, take it slow and watch out.
