Great food taste. Nice and clean environment. The server realized we’re there first time, so he provided Falafel and Arabian Tea on house. Everything is Halal on the menu. We enjoyed the Mardi Gras parade from the restaurant window. Highly recommended place near New Orleans for Mediterranean cuisine and Halal food. Love the experience.

Promising middle Eastern cuisine, but unrefined staff and service knocks rating down to barely a star. Young lady hostess, was slow and unresponsive. Brought out appetizer after the entree was served, eaten and completed. Foul was good and warm. It could use hot bread. Our bread was served 30 mins before it arrived so it’s cold and young hostess ignored request for wat to ven baked pita bread. Imagine this, we are still waiting for the appetizer after 4 inquiries as to its status. Only one other customer on the restaurant. Potential False advertising on Google maps falafelking website indicates there is a 15% discount on entrees. I ordered 2.

The food was amazing I got the veggie plate and my girlfriend had the beef shawarma. It was delicious. GREAT PORTIONS and I tried the mint sushi. I’m not the one for mint butttt it was kinda Amazing. The cashier had the greatest vibe… loved it 10 outta 10 will be back…

The smell of this homemade quality food is intoxicating. The drinks are so good too with the rose water in the Lebanese tea and the refreshing tart feeling from the lemonade with mint. Will be back for sauce because the food is really flavorful without it. Omar is awesome and deserves for more praise for the quality of his entrees and appetizers.

DINERS BEWARE!! This restaurant has a great atmosphere and decent food, but the service is terrible/scammy. Not only did they forget to bring the table the water and hummus we ordered, but if you chose to dine-in there’s a 10% increase fee they don’t tell you about until it’s time to pay. And then when you ask (politely) about why all the prices are higher, the gentleman behind the counter gets super defensive and raises his voice at you. They serve you tea at the table, which I thought was very charming at first, but it’s not worth a 10% fee from people who forget to bring you water. It would also be understandable if the fee was disclosed to customers before being served or if there was a sign posting this policy, but there isn’t and the excuse is “yeah well there’s a fee I just forgot to tell you”. The food is decent but nothing special, and definitely not worth dealing with people trying to scam you out of your money and then getting mad at you for pointing it out. Bottom line, avoid this place. There are better restaurants serving the same food elsewhere.

Quality Middle Eastern meals, pleasant place, clean, friendly quick service at reasonable prices. “Regular” and Vegetarian selections upon request. While the price, decor and service are nice .. The Star attractions are the meals … A little hard to spot on Veterans between Houma & Clearview but well worth the effort. Highly recommend.
