This was our relax spot after exploring Colorado. We ordered the same thing every night, honestly… because it was so good the first night. We even came here after trying the airplane restaurant because the food suck so we came and got some wings and a burger. The drinks was on point, Gage was awesome! No complaints just a chill spot.

We stayed at the Academy hotel a few nights and ate here two evenings. Dinner here is an excellent value because it includes a full plate with protein, veggies and starch plus salad bar and dessert. House wine is a great price too. The service is great and so is the cooking. We had prime rib one evening and salmon another. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

1st nights dinner started off slow. It took a while to be seated due to 1 server at the moment. Once she sat the family right ahead of us, she stood with them to get their drink order instead of coming back to seat us & then returning back to the other family. A bartender came out & sat us & made a statement, ” I guess I’ll be your server tonight.” WTH, like we were an inconvenience. Our food was okay, quite pricey for the quality. Throughout our dinner, both servers were taking care of our table on top of the other 5-6 families that were dining as well. What started off as bad service turned into great service. I tipped both ladies & told them they were doing a great job.

Tried to eat there there’s only ONE waitress in a place that sits 99 people. Wait time was 25 min and Tammy was supposed to call us when our table was ready. Never called so we got the hint and called DoorDash. And yeah she was busy alright, busy talking to the seated customers for quite a long time each swapping stories, we were standing right there so could hear, Tammy was yakking away while the customers in line with us all left.

This is located in the academy hotel they have a bar menu to choose from we had the wings and personal pizza along with cheese sticks. They were just basic bar food. It was a good place to sit and have some beers they pool tables as well.

So glad I chose to come to this bar and grill! I was looking for a place to catch the UNLV vs Air Force game and figured they’d be showing it here. Upon request, they changed one of the TVs to the game with no problem. Great service already!

Falcon’s Bar and Restaurant is inside the Academy Hotel in Colorado Springs. It’s in the atrium and is a convenient option when staying in the hotel, although it is open to outside guests as well. The location is across the Interstate where South Gate becomes Academy Boulevard, so this place is frequented by service personnel and their families.
