We ate at the restaurant. Also stayed at their air b&b above the falls market restaurant. In this beautiful town. The view was great regardless day, night, rain, or shine. After arriving here I did more walking than driving. It was a nice change of pace. I love how easy it is to find somewhere to get lost and not found within a short distance from our air b&b. We truly are enjoying every moment.

The food was pretty delicious, the service was friendly, helpful, and pretty fast, but the prices seemed a bit steep. I believe the Ohiopyle bakery and sandwich shop would’ve been a little cheaper and have the same quality food. I’d probably eat here again though.

The Pit Beef/American Beef sandwiches were really terrible. They were so dry to the point of being inedible. I took a picture, you can actually see how dry it was from the picture. I was starving so I ate a few bites but threw the sandwich away and ate somewhere else. Coleslaw was like sugar mayonnaise with cabbage. Giving 2 stars because the bean salad side was pretty good and because it has a beautiful view.

We have not eaten here because it is always too busy and crowded but we’ve gotten ice cream. The space to stand in line is small, they have some info on cones, sundaes, milkshake etc on the bit chalkboard on the wall but the ice cream flavors are on a small whiteboard on the floor right at the counter and I feel like it delays the progress of the line and it can pressure customers to choose quickly to avoid slowing down the line. The staff is always nice and you can pay right there when you complete your order although I’ve noticed that when it’s less busy you pay at the register of the gif shop/grocery store, which sometimes might result into another line.

Were in Ohiopyle on a Wednesday in early August and this was the only place open for food. Unfortunately the pizza was not particularly good. Some basic food and camping supplies available. Ice cream. Close to access to Great Allegheny Passage bike trail and State Park Visitor Center. We were glad it was open!

Very basic accommodations. My room was small and had no windows. Floor was quite dirty and needed mopping. Bathroom was ok. Quiet, and location couldn’t be much better. I slept ok, but who puts plastic covers underneath the pillow-case? Every time you move your head, it makes noise.

The home made chocolate is amazing! They have a pretty wide variety of items to buy, for such a small shop. The food is excellent! So happy they are near the falls, we stop every time we go to Ohio Pyle! It is a must if you have never been!
