INCREDIBLE FOOD!!!! Loads of vegan options. I walked in and got a spinach patty and plantains and it took me right back to my time in Trinidad and Tobago. The flavors are bang on and super authentic, just overall fantastic flavor. I need to try more of their items; they have a great selection of vegetarian options like curries and every main comes with rice!!! I bet everything is delicious. This place is it. So upset I found it as I’m leaving Bridgeport but grateful I found it at all!

The food was delicious and the staff was accommodating. Some food was not available but they offered good substitutions. I would go back.

The food is always on point, I’d bypass other restaurants just to come back for a good treat to myself for the week, nice people and touch with the herbal teas on the side

Very clean, I love the fact they don’t serve pork and this is the only restaurant around me that makes a bomb goat head soup, and the prices are very reasonable and the food is great!!

Issue, I don’t mind paying for what I like. If I have to pay more, just give me what I ask for! Seems a problem to just order liver by itself. So I’m always told that there is none!

They catered for my wedding, cultural and off menu stuff, the food was scrumptious! They are my go to whenever i need something outside my own cooking. As a Jamaican, i can proudly say, this is as authentic as it gets! Best Jamaican restaurant in CT!

Love this place!! True fixture of authentic Jamaican Cuisine! Fresh flavor food tastes like I’m eating from my Mom’s kitchen growing up and I’m not just saying that because they are so friendly. Just moved to Ct from the city and this place out does jamaican kitchens I’ve tried all over Brooklyn, Bronx, and Queens. Like I’m eating Mom’s rice and peas I tell you. I sometimes order just a plate of rice and peas with oxtail gravy. Just that good. Tonight I really put it to the test and tried the goat ‍♂️! I have never had better except within my family. Blessings Flamez! You have a loyal customer
