I stopped here while passing through Massachusetts. When I arrived at the restaurant, I wasn’t even sure that it was open. It is in a very nondescript location. It appears to be primarily a takeout restaurant. The staff was friendly, service was good, but most importantly the meal was one of the best that I have had in the last decade. This is a hidden gem. I plan to stop by again when I am driving through Massachusetts. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I wish there was an option to rate zero. I ordered food through door dash.I ordered fish fry and they sent me garbage.I ordered mutton curry as well and that was pathetic too. I don’t know how these guys serve customers such horrible service and food. I would recommend you guys not to order food from here, unless you want to waste your money. Horrible experience ever.

I order routinely via DoorDash. The food quality and portions are excellent. I have never eaten in the dining room, so I can’t speak to that.

I’ve eaten at a number of Indian and Nepalese restaurants in a number of cities and states across the country, and this delightful place is definitely one of the best! This is exactly the kind of little out of the way place that always has incredible food, and what it might lack in fancy decor, it more than makes up for in flavor! It’s clear all that love and attention was lavished on the food. Everything is homemade. We ordered the Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, Saag Paneer, Paneer Pakkora and the Garlic Naan, as well as an order of the steamed veggie momos and the fried chicken momos. I’ve only ever found one other Nepalese Momo place, and it’s in Ohio! If you like Indian or Nepalese food, or really just flavorful food in general, you have GOT to get here!

I’ve eaten Indian worldwide and Nepali Family is very very good! The Lamb do pyaza is my favorite and I LOVE their bindi! I’ve eaten at this restaurant probably 15 or 20 times, always great food.

If you’re looking for Nepali food in Western Mass or the Pioneer Valley, this is the place to go! The place is understated but has a delicious array of foods, including options for vegans and vegetarians. I got the veggie momo soup, which was exactly what I needed on a cold winter day. Paired with Nepali tea served in a cupping-style mug, the meal felt like the most warming and comforting one I had had in a while.

Food is ok but the way they treat their customers never want to go back .. They were serving a water in a use and throw and on top of it disrespectful to costumers. We go there to feel special not treated like we go there for free. We paid.
