Needed a quick bite today. Ran in with my coworker and grabbed 2 slices of cheese pizza and a soda. The pizza has a sweet sauce which is what I prefer. The cheese was stretchy and soooo good! Slices were also huge! I could only finish one. Def recommend!

I moved to Dracut about 4 years ago and this place is literally a minute away from where I lived. The foods is delicious, the people at the front desk are always so friendly and smiling. I have tried other places around here and they can’t seem to ever get my order right ( I won’t mention any name, and they are also very pricey too) this is my go to place especially when they are always open until 11pm when other place close down at 9pm. Great place, amazing food, and awesome customer service. What else can you ask for!!

First time Last time visit ! Help is friendly enough , but pizza is terrible not thin not thick just all mushy dough . Cheese doesn’t taste real at all only good thing was the sauce too bad they can’t roll dough ! and Greek salad was filled with cores of Romain lettuce not nearly cut up enough no onions on the salad! Sooooo ordered from Family Pizza tonight because I love their Pizza and Chicken fingers that are usually really good! Pizza was as good as it usually is, however the chicken fingers have somehow metamorphosed into some sort of BK Chicken fries!! Disgusting, hollow, over fried, processed, poor excuse for a chicken tender! I will definitely NEVER order from here again.✌ c’ya family pizza

I ordered a steak tip salad and for 12 or 13 dollars they give you a lot of tips! Every time we order pizza from here it is always delicious and cooked perfectly. This restaurant is very consistent with how the pizza is cooked. A while back we had ordered a pepper and onion pizza and the person on the phone heard pineapple. When we had called them back a new pizza was here within minutes. Great customer service and friendly delivery drivers.

Have been going here for years usually 1 to 2 times a week due to my wife’s and mine work schedule. Ordered tonight through online ordering and did the 24.99 for 2 large 1 topping pizzas. Just wanted cheese but needed to be one topping so did extra cheese on one and chicken finger on the other. My son went to pick it up and they charged an additional 8 dollars saying cheese cost an extra 4 and chicken fingers cost an extra 4. Not making it a deal anymore and just charging more than the coupon. I called to ask to speak to a manager about it and a very young kid answered and said he was the owners son and told me cheese and chicken fingers cost more. They have now lost a long time customer over 8 dollars because they can’t be loyal to their coupons and follow through. Everything else in the app tells you when it cost more like my other son’s gluten free which I understand.

The pizza has changed recently, the crust is thicker and maybe more dense. It’s not the prefect cheese to crust ratio anymore. We usually like the pasta dishes and the popcorn chicken is fresh. The seafood isn’t bad but the clam chowder is more like potato chowder with a miniscule amount of clam. I’m hoping the pizza will go back to normal soon. Overall, we like it there.
