This is an excellent restaurant. Not only did the food surpass my expectations, the service was even better. My waitress was friendly and on it, never had to ask for refills and always checked to see if I needed anything. The staff in the kitchen was on it as well, and the music was I’ll always stop at Sweetwater based on this experience alone.

Staff was not friendly or welcoming. Our waitress was not happy at all. One other waitress was too busy talking on her phone. My husband ordered a Patty Melt, meat smelled bad and tasted terrible. No refill on my husband’s tea. Cashier never asked, how was everything? I would have let her know

Between the kitchen blasting country music and the wait staff blasting rap there was nowhere safe to sit. Menu options cut in half. Dom spent so much time standing around on her phone she forgot my salad. The spaghetti noodles are straight from a can We drove all day to get here and went back to the truck hungry☹️

Food is great, but you have to catch them when they are open… this place has unmanageable hours, the online hours are inconsistent and incorrect, “according to their employees”. I’ve stopped by several times and noticed that this place is not true to their hours.

Great service a very nice young lady pretty and pleasant waited on me also liked the night cook she is a energetic woman and she made me eggs just the way I like them she is 70 years old and she needs your support she’s a good hard-working woman it warms my heart when places like this higher people of all ages. We stopped on our way to Dallas and what an experience. The service is friendly and Sandra is excellent, very caring and gave us cups to go without asking. The food was great, the fries are fresh, chicken wasn’t dry, and the staff seems to be joking and enjoying their job. Sandra also took extra effort to give me their house sauce so I could enjoy my chicken. Thanks for elevating our experience through our journey Sandra.

Since going Corporate, restaurant has went way, way down. No longer have a buffet. They still offer AYCE for major holidays, but even that is served for you as per guidelines from Covid days. No salad bar nor soups. Had ½ of restaurant blocked off too. Servers are friendly and service was great. Wouldn’t be least surprised if restaurant isn’t closed within next 6-8 months.
