We ordered pickup. The woman who took my order was great. She had a friendly disposition and got our order perfect. We were told 15 minutes which is really quick. When we went to pick it up it was ready and hot. The prices were pretty great too. My only criticism is that the food wasn’t terrific. It wasn’t bad by any means just not great. Also, the fruit cup only had melon in it. My daughter was pretty happy about the bacon though, and when she’s happy, we’re happy.

Cafe diner seating, very comfortable booths, I don’t think there is anything on the menu that I haven’t tried and liked! The staff is sweet and make you feel at home. Being that I have no teeth at the moment and waiting for dentures, I appreciated the way they took particular care to make sure my food wasn’t overcooked and soft enough for me to eat. This so far is my favorite breakfast for in Roanoke besides First Watch.

Horrible service. Before being seated two of your employees were arguing back and forth which you should never do in front of customers. I am seated and he asks me for drink selection and doesn’t give a straw. The waitress had a very abrupt attitude and again didn’t give extra Napkins for my meal. Passed by several times and didn’t ask if I needed anything. I was sitting within sight of your cashier looking at her phone WHILE checking a customer out. You guys need to go to Salem or 419 and get some training on customer service!!!

Food is decent not wonderful. They do offer a reasonable variety of salads and sandwiches with entrees. My chicken fingers were a bit overcooked but the waffle fries were great! The salads all appeared fresh and their ranch and honey bacon dressings are excellent.

Waited for over 10 minutes for my server to even introduce herself during the slowest part of the day. I let it go and ordered my meal, where my steak was given to me well-done after ordering medium-rare, and the mushrooms tasted like they were pulled out of the trash bin from the day before. After I finished my meal, I went to the restroom. When I returned, my friend who I’d been talking to and ate dinner with told me the waitresses were talking about asking us to leave for waiting for a dessert I ordered 45 minutes beforehand that they never brought out. Overall, disgusting food, horrible service, and rude waitresses made my experience at this restaurant one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had the misfortune of partaking in. Will never go there again.

When I went in they was nice and seated us quick. Then five minutes later they asked what would we like to drink. Then five minutes later we got it. Then when we was really to order the manager came to us and said we don’t have this and that cause a fridge went out this morning. Well one why didn’t you say this before you seat us. Then while we was there decided if we still want to eat there or not some more people came in did them the same way did not let them know about this fridge. They seated them right behind us. That’s when I decided to looked at my husband and said let’s leave there is no six feet apart there. I was very in comfortable about that and was very upset that they would let people be right beside each other.

Food and service was good as always but they got to pick up on best cleaning practices. I am not a germ freak but given current situation, Famous Anthony’s can do better. I watch four tables clean by two different bus staff. Tables were cleaned but no one wiped off salt/pepper shakers nor the ketchup after each guest. Then cashier taking everyone’s money and credit card was then wrapping silverware between customers. Not good at the best of times. Again always good food but take care of the small stuff.
