I stopped in for lunch and had the 2 meat lunch combo, St Louis ribs send Texas brisket. Service was fast and friendly, food was delicious.

Staff was super friendly and the food was delicious! We had five children with us and the staff was great with them. I had the brisket and it was phenomenal. I’d also like to add that all five children ate their entire meals and we’re quiet while they ate, that right there tells you the food here is good LOL

I am not a giant BBQ fan but this place made one. Their portions are excellent and the food is fabulous. If you get a chance try it.

Catfish fingers are awesome. Food is decent and staff is nice. This place is mostly ok, I mostly go back for the catfish! Lol. However, recently, I’ve had problems with To-Go orders. Sometimes there are phone issues-(no answer or getting hung up on!) A few times I paid extra for chicken breast meat and was served leg and thigh instead. When ordering two of the same meals, sometimes one platter is bare bones compared to the other. Sometimes, the corn muffin is missing from the meals. It might be an inconvenience, but check your orders before you leave. Thank me later!!!

This restaurant has great character to it and is an OK place to get BBQ. Dinner was average and the service was a bit slow even with out a lot of people. Their menu has a ton of reasonably priced options with yummy sides and meats to choose from. The brisket I ordered was perfectly cooked, but I also tried some ribs which carried a nice smokey flavor to them. In addition to this you can order drinks like beer to go with your meal and they have different types of BBQ sauce on the tables for you to try. Overall this isn’t the best BBQ I’ve had and their service can be a bit slow, but I’d still consider this a perfectly average restaurant. If you want better BBQ and don’t care about drinks or being waited on check out Mission BBQ down the road.

Overall,a very pleasant experience. Had the Dave’s Sampler more than enough to try. The catfish fingers were great as were the rib tips. But the BBQ Boneless Chicken was a bit too seasoned couldn’t really enjoy them. Other than that good eating indeed!

Not the worst but I’d easily chose other places over this Famous Dave’s. Service was nice, everyone I interacted with was very kind and had the right balance of service vs. “Let us eat in peace”. Lol this location gets 3 stars for the food. They “Specialize” in BBQ but that was bad. It’s like the cook every peace of meat the same with zero rub or sauce and then add everything the last 5 minutes before it hits the plate. And you can easily tell if you do any bit of BBQ yourself. The sauce was not involved in the cooking process. Just lather the meat in sauce and slap it on the plate. But HEY!!! those Corn Bread muffins are Amazing.

The food and service was great. We had a large group and Marcus our waiter made sure we had plenty of chips and sauce. Our visit would have been perfect if our waiter would have assistance while delivering our entrees. That way everyone could eat together. Otherwise still a great night.

Solid barbecue chain with good ribs, sauces, and fries. Beef brisket used to be good but last time was inedible because it was at least 1/2 fat, unlike any brisket I’d ever seen. Servers are usually helpful and friendly. I like it as a kid friendly place. It’s a chain, so of course it’s not going to be the best barbecue you’ve had if you’re a barbecue fan. 3.5 stars is probably more like it.
