Ordered to go through call center they sent our order to the wrong store. This has happened before. Very upset about this continuing problem. The manager called us and apologized for the mistake. He offered to make it right and explained how to by pass the call center, (#4). The next day we tried this and it worked. The manager bought our entire meal. Kudos for their concern. We do enjoy the quality and taste of the food. I recommend you give them a try.

I went here with my mom and my boyfriend for my birthday. We were originally going to go somewhere else, but this looked so much better (and we couldn’t find the other place). This was the first time I had been to a Famous Dave’s. Since then, they opened up one a couple miles away from my house (in Michigan)! The food is a tiny bit pricey, but other than that it is so delicious and WORTH IT! I will definitely continue to go.
