The waiting time was 10 minutes (not to bad compare with BK 30 minutes). I order 4 slice of pizza all of them cold and thin like a paper and smaller too. Then when I paid the do not have a coke can price in their cash register and the scan a bottle so I paid a lot more for less. I do not recommend this place … If you are not hurry wait for BK or order in the to go place of On the Border or eat in the food court before entre to the TSA.

While standing in line I noticed a lot of employees. The pizza display was 2 very well done over cooked slices of cheese pizza, no pepperoni and a very dried out spinach and mushroom pizza. The server herself was discussed. When we got to the point of paying and ordering drinks we were told only half the soda fountain was working and the only size cup was large. I would like to also mention that when an employee was about to go on break she picked out to fresh slices of pizza ahead of customer who were already limited to the selection. I also noticed they were behind letting the dough rise.

EWWW! Stay away from this place! There is a reason this place has a 1.6 star rating. I thought maybe people have had bad experiences or were in a problem not caused due to themselves. But don’t come here, the line took a good 30mins. I wanted to get an ice cold sprite after rushing through security, but when i go the reach it was hot. I looked at the thermometer in the fridge and it read 76•! Then i went to go get a slice the lady was nice. We were paying and since we were paying cash the manager rubbed his head and said to wait for the cashier to come out of the bathroom because apparently he doesn’t know how to operate a cash register. I thought how worse can this get but wait there’s more. I went to taste the pizza, THE SAUCE TASTED LIKE EXPIRED RAGU SAUCE. I spit it out immediately. And to top it off it was $20. Never come here go to burger king or the terminal food court

SERVICE: Absolutely ridiculous. Waited at least 25 minutes for food court food. The people working had absolutely no sense of urgency or concern. Lady that was working the register had to be the slowest food service person I’ve ever seen. The food counter is probably about 10 people long, and everyone has their food but it too her forever to ring up every single customer. And then, promptly at 5pm there must have been a shift change. The person getting everyone their food just up and left. For 6 minutes there wasn’t anyone even working the counter and the register lady was just standing there talking to an airport employee (black lady with very tight white hair, in case anyone can identify who she is) and even gave her a small cup of Mac and cheese and didn’t charge her for it. Then the same lady came back and was face timing someone telling them over the phone what they had to eat here. Meanwhile, paying customers who were in a deadline to catch their plane were completely ignored. Finally a nice young lady arrived and we were able to get our food. My wife ordered the sausage stromboli and I ordered the garlic knots with cheese. Of course, since no one had been working the counter for 10 minutes, there were no garlic knots ready. I paid for everything and then stepped to the side to wait for my food. It was at least 5 more minutes before the knots were ready for me. Of course everyone else was getting theirs…

Horrible customer service and leadership from management. I wanted to get a stromboli at about 9:15am today. I saw fresh stromboli come out of the oven as I was asking for it. The lady at the counter said that they don’t serve it until 9:30am. She went in the back to ask if it was ready. She came back and told me it wasn’t ready even though I just saw it come out of the oven. I left the line and didn’t order anything. Just really bad business practices.

Ok so last night 6/23 Orlando airport was packed to the gills with people. Where other eateries inside the terminal failed, this place succeeded. They worked as hard as they could to make sure everyone got fed. They did it with a smile, they deserved every bit of extra tips they got, and we would not have eaten without them. Great job to the girls working so hard. This was around 830pm to 10pm

This pizza was sooo good! I don’t understand all the bad reviews. I even liked the crust and I’m not a crust eater. Def will go back when in Orlando airport.

The pizza was really good. The line was pretty long and the staff was a little behind making pizzas but it wasn’t that bad of a wait. The pasta looked good but we didn’t try it.

Worst scrambled eggs I have ever had. No exaggeration. I didn’t know you could ruin scrambled eggs. And not even a toaster for a bagel. I can see why it was the only restaurant in the food court without a long line. Garbage. Stay away.

Forget about the horrible service, I can see that on every airport. Now, the pizza here is as horrible as it can get. I ordered 3 different type because airport food is not always good, but none of them were close to decent. This is my first 1 star in 10 years. Unfortunately, nobody reads this until is too late.
