When the guy at the entrance arrived, he made me wait for my turn but he did not write my name down on the waiting list. There are many empty tables and even so, no one was passed to sit down to advance and there was never a manager on the floor who was checking on me. opinion a good floor manager is needed who is checking that everything is fine in the restaurant in the photos you can see all the empty tables and even so no people pass

First time in, friendly staff but slow to attend the needs of their tables. Wife and I ordered corned beef hash, our son had french toast(good). The hash was slightly better than canned hash, our “toast” was slightly over room temp and not toasted in the slightest(it couldn’t even melt the room temp, whipped butter on the table).

We usually enjoy Famous Toastery but this location was experiencing a staff shortage. Our waitress was new and the kitchen staff were clearly stressed so our order took longer than usual and we had to send one entree back for corrections.

Just go ahead and go to Stacks instead. Toast had zero customer service. I hadn’t been there in years, and can see why it’s a lot less crowded with no wait time than in the years past. The food quality has gone down A LOT and the waitress was terrible. Had to ask her three times for another drink.

I usually do not leave bad reviews, but I became very sick after eating at this location. I’m unsure if the pesto pasta was not fresh, but I vomited hours after eating. Also, the waitress did not ask if I needed a refill or any follow up service after the food was brought to the table. Thankfully, the manager on staff asked if I needed a refill when I paid for the meal.

Waiter came back and said that they forgot to include a side with my wife’s meal. Upcharged my $5 dollars for side they brought up. Lady at the register responded with “oh well” and kept the charge on my bill. Good news is 96 hours ago the famous toastery site told me that in 48 hours they would be getting back to me >:(
