The customer service here and staff are fantastic and friendly and offer free samples! Unfortunately the food is just mediocre. The chicken quality for the General Tao not great. The egg rolls and wontons seemed a little undercooked and borderline raw. The orange chicken sample we had was decent. The price was decent too, but pretty much McDonald’s quality. So we did get what we paid for. Not terrible I guess but not great.

The lady that served us was very nice, although the food was very lacking. Chow mein was not only bland, but cut with spaghetti and the chicken was very dry. The 3 “no refund” signs had me feeling spiteful.

Food looks like they make it once a day then keep stirring it up throughout the shift so they dont have to make more. I’d rather wait 20 mins for fresh food than be overpaying for bland, tasteless lunch. I could go to Panda Express instead. Noodle had no flavor, rubbery, had fettuccine noodles in it? Chicken was cold. Just not good. Need new recipes and smaller batches cause you guys are doomed business wise.

They ran out of pretty much almost everything. No complaints when it comes to the food or the service but I wish the availability could’ve been more attended to.

I just got the lo mein noodles and egg rolls. Worst chinese I’ve ever had. The egg rolls were soggy, the lo mein was greasy and both were very bland. The guy behind the counter didn’t give us forks or napkins and didn’t ask if we wanted any sauces. Took two bites and threw the rest in the trash.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would , the first time i had went it the rice was terrible , super dry with a horrible after taste , this time going here i avoided the rice , but the lo mein was evennnn worse. immediately after putting it in my mouth i had to spit it out or i would have thrown up . the beef an broccoli tasted like fish and oil , the water chest nut i had bit into had the most disgusting taste i have ever tasted , worse than the lo mein aftertaste. the only thing i can say is slightly acceptable was the (sour tasting) porange chicken and even then it’s kinda soggy . tried to call to complain 5 times but no one answered , paid 10 dollars to take a bite of everything and almost throw up .

Went after motorcycle class and all of the entrees were delicious as well as the lo mein and rice. Super nice person as well.

My sister and I just had their regular combo with teriyaki and orange chicken. To say it was good is an understatement. The lady at the shop offered us a sample as we were walking by to check out other food options. Boy, are we glad she did. For the taste and portion, the price was cheap. 6/5 if I could.

Customer service was good but the food… not so much. I don’t know what they are using to prepare their rice and noodles but it is horrendous. It smelled terrible as soon as I opened the box. One bite was all I had and I could not eat anymore. The chicken entrees however were pretty decent. I really cannot recommend that anyone visits this place.
