My son treated me to lunch prior to Mother’s Day (he had to work on Sunday). The menu has a large variety of sushi to choose from and it is so delicious and fresh that you can’t go wrong with anything you order. It is a small restaurant and the tables are a bit closer to each other, but they make good use of space by adding seating at the sushi bar. Also wish the lighting was a little brighter-my old eyes find it a little difficult to read the menu in dim light with reading glasses lol

The sushi at this place was a complete disappointment. It was of poor quality and kept falling apart with each bite, leaving a mess on my plate. On top of that, the prices were ridiculously high, making it a waste of money. To make matters worse, the plates we were given to eat off were disgustingly filthy, which made the dining experience even more unpleasant. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this dump. There are far better sushi places out there that offer quality, cleanliness, and reasonable prices. Don’t waste your time or money here.

The staff was friendly and prompt. The lobby area was clean and well kept. Service and delivery of the food was very fast. It’s just, the food was okay. The sushi rolls we ordered were accurate to their descriptions. But they didn’t taste as fresh as other sushi places. The bathroom was a mess.

My husband and I eat fairly regularly at Fancy Sushi. We love the food, speed of service, and level of service provided. Typically, I would give a five star rating for service because our regular waitresses are always prompt and do not rush us as we are eating our dinner. This review is solely based on the service and I must give a 1 star rating after last night’s dinner. We had a new waitress, Rianna, who was polite upon taking a drink orders and food orders. What was surprising was when she brought us our check moments after we received our food and told us, “oh, I’m sorry, I thought you would be finished eating by now…no rush.” Notably, we had soup, sake, two large sushi rolls each, and hot tea – all of which had just been delivered to our table. I was only two bites in when she approached with the check. As we continued to eat and were midway through, she came back over to get the check, which we advised we were not finished. My husband’s glass was empty and she did not offer to bring him another beverage while he continued eating. Instead, when we finished, she collected the check and only then offered to refill my husband’s drink. He declined. I mentioned to my husband that she may have been leaving for the night and maybe that was why she was rushing us. My suspicions were confirmed when she quickly left the restaurant after collecting our check and her tip. I did not appreciate being rushed to eat dinner when she could have either told us she needed to leave and asked us politely if we minded closing out OR alternatively, she could have just given our table to another waitress who would not rush us. I was highly disappointed in dinner last night purely because of the service, or lack thereof.

Horrible parking! Parking lot used for beach access parking. 90% of the cars parked are for the beach. Otherwise, friendly service. Nice menu selection. Attractive and tasty sushi. Recommended!
