This place use to be great . Service was always good , food was always decent. Never left here unhappy. We ate here as a family few months ago , was terrible. But I just figured it was a one off bad night. Couple weeks ago go back. Start the evening off old lady backs into my truck, smashed my bumper.

We’ve become regulars at this restaurant as my parents live nearby, and every time we visit, we have a wonderful experience. The host is incredibly friendly and welcoming, with a great sense of humor that we truly appreciate. He even indulged my talkative son, which made us feel even more at home. The customer service is excellent and the sushi is simply amazing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal and top-notch service.

So, overall our experience was unsatisfactory due to the lack of efficient customer service during our time in the restaurant. My husband and I were dining in with our little ones and our server didn’t greet us, she was very dry and seemed as if she was forced to be there. She didn’t smile and seemed very impatient with us. I thought maybe I was in my head but when my husband co-signed and told me he didn’t like her energy, I knew I wasn’t. Now, the food was delightful and well prepared. We ordered hibachi vegetable/chicken and a couple of rolls. However, while we were leaving the manager or whomever she was approached my husband and had the audacity to tell him to “tip because that’s what you’re supposed to do.” Granted, we are not cheap and are more than happy to tip well but only when great service is rendered. So, Instead of chasing us down about a tip, try giving your waitresses some lessons on customer service skills. Definitely, won’t be back!

First time there. The place is weird because the windows are blacked out. But inside the place is cute. The server Malia was so attentive and the sushi was seriously elevated and absolutely fresh / delicious. 10 / 10

we wanted to be seated on the couches that were empty but the girl said we couldn’t sit there because they weren’t wiped yet and went away. My husband ordered steak&shrimp – I said „the same „ and we get only steak because woman said that we ordered steak without shrimps. whatever. food was good and fresh but the atmosphere was unsympathetic and nervous. the girl at the door acted like she was working there for punishment. We decided not to leave a tip. however, the woman ran after me to the car and told me to leave at least $ 10 because these are the rules if you eat in a restaurant. Never again!!!!
