I Eat here alot. Please thoroughly clean out the coffee machine or put more effort into making it fresh because it tasted like grandpa’s shoes. And please don’t run out of shakes (again). Stock ingredients because I’m coming back Costa Mesa just to eat there! I give you five stars still… because the menu has been consistently delicious for as long as I can remember. Delicious!! Not greasy at all. Best zucchini fries ever. Went about a month ago and I had been telling my family about it. Took them today and they are even better than I remember. Good customer service.

Horrible service the employees have bad attitudes. You can not place a phone order because they always some how forget to put in the order. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but no, it’s always the same story they forgot or they gave my order to someone else. They don’t even apologize or seem to care. I phoned in an order, arrived about 15mins after, I get there was charged for my order. Then I am just waiting around so I went to ask the cashier how long would it be? Mind you this was a phone order placed over 20mins ago at this point. So I am standing at the front and they just walk passed me ignoring me. They look at me then look away. So I say excuse me , then they come to see what I need. I asked how long for the food? They didn’t even start the order yet. Even though I came in and said I am here to pick up a phone order, they just charged me the money and don’t say anything. If it wasn’t ready they should of told me, it’s not ready do you want to come back, (since it was a phone order already placed ahead of time). They always seem to not want to be there, they are not welcoming or professional.

Ordered a pastrami. It was the worst I’ve ever had in my life! If I hadn’t walked all the way home, I would’ve asked for a refund. It was mostly mustard bread with A small amount of dry meat for $11.55. Never again!!!
