Now I understand why this platform has such a low ratings. When customer complain, when your complaint is on the food quality, instead of solving issues they called you millions of times just to tell you your food was made and delivered the same day so there is nothing they can do. This business is a fraud, I ordered food from two restaurant in a combination but one restaurant they advertised as open was completely closed. They rip off the customers for false information and did not even giving you the option to cancel the whole order as the restaurant was even closed. Never use it again!!!

I don’t get how these guys stay in business. They charge more than DoorDash, mandatory tip (no opt out), and takes 2 hours to deliver my BBQ that’s conveniently located 6 miles from me. This business model isn’t sustainable unless they’re in the market of money laundering which may seem that way since all the Chinese locals I know dont use Fantuan app service. Either way, I highly recommend fellow readers to stay away and it’s not worth any savings (if any) compared to corporate companies such as DoorDash or Uber Eats to use this service.

Absurd delivery service, 4 hours late, and that’s not it. After you canceled your subscription for their horrendous delivery service, your subscription would be magically reactivated just so they can charge you monthly fees hoping you wouldn’t notice. And when they were caught, they’d offer you their coupons… Maybe it started as a terrible food delivery site, but now it’s not just that, it’s become a scam.

Was a restaurant owner working with this company before. They’ve “accidentally” overcharged us and took money from us from one of the statements. Had we not been careful and looked at the numbers closely we could have easily missed it. Recently closed the restaurant to change careers and the cancellation process had been pretty difficult.

The drivers are rude drivers very disrespectful and think the own the road and have the right away. They park in places they are not supposed to like they own wherever they go. They are just plain p.o.s especially the one that drives the dark gray chevy Cruz with tinted windows. That was on there phone while driving Wrecklessly honking there horn and screaming out the window .

I hate to leave a poor review because I’ve never even ordered from this restaurant before, but I work at a healthcare facility and this restaurant has delivered (or tried to deliver) to us several different times. Unfortunately they end up just leaving the food outside on the ground if they are unable to reach the customer who ordered it fast enough. This has happened two or three times now. I did try once to help the delivery driver, but there was a language barrier and she ended up leaving it on one of our benches. Happened again today, but I couldn’t catch them in time. Don’t know how to fix this problem, but it’s a bummer that people are paying for a full meal and it’s just being left on the ground. (To be fair, many Uber/Lyft/Grubhub delivery people do this as well if they don’t feel like putting in extra effort to locate the person who ordered the food/flowers/balloons/etc.) So I am usually left to try and find the customer on my own. I wish the delivery drivers would try a bit harder to locate the customer, or at least locate an employee for help, instead of just leaving it on the ground.

You may save a few bucks compared with DoorDash, but be ready to wait 1-2 hours for your food! My driver picked up the meal at 6:15 pm, 8miles away. They delivered at 8:15 pm. It took the driver 2 hours to drive 8 miles… at least I saved $5 compared to DoorDash. Worth it?

Not like Uber and Grubhub ! This app let driver take multi orders at the same time so the food could be very late depending on how many stops your driver have before yours. You will have to eat cold and soggy food.
