Crazy good BBQ joint in Brian Tx on business 6. A good ways down from College Station but worth the extra miles to find. I got the beef ribs which were out of this world. Wow! Wife got the chopped brisket sandwich at 9/10. She loved the sauce and extra onions and pickles. Baked beans and potato salad was also very good. Highly recommend the beef ribs.

Visited college station, googled best barbecue, wanted a local favorite. Man, did we ever hit the jackpot. Best brisket I’ve ever eaten in my life, super kind and friendly experience. Plan on coming back all the time. Their price was the same as everyone else, but man was that delicious.

Ive been to cjs and cooper’s and this place blows them away! Actually, CJS was good but this place was awesome. Coopers was the worst place I’ve been to in a long time. This is the real texas bbq in the area! Today, I had the brisket sandwich and the sausage. It’s more smoked than other places. Do if you like it on the smokey side then get it. But, they have the best beef ribs hands down in the area. Call before you go because it’s sometimes it sells out by noon. It’s rated as top 50 in Texas btw.

BBQ had the insane smooth smokey flavor I have never experienced in any barbecue… This is as legit as it gets. Very pleasantly surprised after trying all the best places in Austin. Stay away from the lemonade unless you want diabetes.

I’ve tasted some bad barbecue in my days. But this was horrible. Everything the manager service was dry. An had an attitude. Got ice tea taste like Clorox exchange there for water. Taste like Clorox. The barbecue sauce just some tomato paste mix with I don’t know what. He’s awards that they won must have been when the grandfather was cooking.

This was by far, the absolute WORST meal I’ve EVER had in my life. My entire group felt the same way. The ribs were dry and tasteless, the brisket was horrible, and the sausage (and everything else for that matter) looked and tasted like it was several days old! Even the bread was stale. The bbq sauce tasted like cheap tomato sauce, and the sides were even worse. The food was simply not even edible! I should’ve turned around and walked out immediately after I saw their offerings but wanted to try and support their business! Who is cooking this mess? How is this place open? It was so horrible, I don’t want to try any other food in the Bryan area for fear I may encounter similar results. The people I encountered were nice, but their niceness does not compensate for the subpar product they are peddling! Definitely the biggest waste of money I’ve ever experienced!

I came here specifically for the ribs they were out of beef rib so I had the pork ribs. As per other reviews it is true the meat does fall off the bone very easily on the non bone side the other which is meaty seems to be a little tougher. Great flavor great good pork ribs. Reminds me a little bit of Memphis style ribs.
